“I'm very pleased with the courtesy and professionalism displayed by Jim and Alex. We came in to the store with a problem with a propane hose that required some outside the box troubleshooting and effort to resolve! Jim took lead with Alex and came up with a solution. Jim discovered at the same time that there was an issue with a propane valve and replaced it. They showed real concern and compassion to us and it is appreciated! These people, Jim and Alex, set a benchmark for customer service! Good job gentlemen!”

“Mountain Shelter Humane Society was amazing. I found a dog that was on a mountain rd and I checked with all the neighbors and nobody knew who the dog belonged to. I posted notices around town, and with online pet finders. I was traveling so I couldn't take a dog across the country, and it broke my heart because she was such a sweet dog. I called Mountain Shelter and they were very kind and opened their doors to KIA. I couldn't believe how well taken care of the facility was, and how much they cared for KIA. I am forever grateful to them and I hope that KIA found a phenomenal forever home.”
