“Our excellent mail carrier, Kayla, was ill and a sub ran her route. A package belonging to me got delivered to the wrong address on a Monday. I contacted the post office. Brittany assisted in advising a different sub assigned to our route the following day (Tuesday), about the package that needed to be retrieved and delivered to the correct address. The 2nd sub did an excellent job in handling this correction. I do not know his name but he displayed such politeness (great attitude) and professionalism in dealing with this correction. Thank you for all your assistance in this matter”
