I have to say I have been a customer for many years of this bank back to 2003 and in the process there have been several hiccups which can be expected. Anytime of Bank goes from a small Community Bank to Bank that extends to many states with many many branches, but the Community Bank is gone with this organization. They do not care that there’s an issue, they could care less if there’s a problem they have policy that they’re going to stick to, and if that policy does not have to do with making sure you as the customer is taken care of they are more than happy to state the policy to you, no longer deal with you as a customer as a personal customer that they know more of a bank account number without any kind of personal relationship . At this point, my fiancé and myself are going to look for another bank and I would recommend that if you’re looking for a Bank look elsewhere

One of the worst possible choices you can for a bank. They allowed my data to be compromised and if shut my account down seven different times for fraud once over a package of crackers for a $1.59 try to get them to work with you is about impossible. They do not have a customer service representative available 24/7 in the event of fraud or issues with debit cards. They will shut your card down over any discrepancy they feel is right leaving you stuck in the middle of nowhere without any money or ability to do anything. Traveled overseas gave them travel alerts and told them where was going to be and what I was going to be doing and what cities in the first time I got to Portugal the card didn't work declined. Ex-wife opened an account in my name then gutted it and expect me to pay for it since my name was on it even if I didn't open it up. Only good thing I can say about this Bank is it's open till 5:00 during the week

5 stars for the people that work in the branches.1 star for the policy changes about paypal and zelle. They stopped taking instant transfers from paypal..... this caused major complications for me and my business. They blamed it on paypal and "potential fraud" even though its UCBI that changed their policy.

Love the people and the bank. Truly.Dislike your app to receive or transfer money using your APP. Please reconsider your difficult methods to send and receive money from others so I'm not dependent on Truist to move money to and from the family using Zelle. Sorry for the 3-star Google review but this issue persists and local folks at the bank say nothing can be done.

It will be a better day when a person can go inside the bank to speak to a human! It would be great if this branch didn't ask business customers to sign for validated deposit tickets.
