The pure incompetence of these people and they wonder why the post office is Bankrupt four times I’ve shipped the package there that are time sensitive and all four times they are late. I paid extra for Sunday delivery today. Guess what it was checked in at 7:53 this morning guess what wasn’t delivered and now tomorrow is a holiday so it won’t be delivered till Tuesday if they’re even Competent enough to do that. This place is a joke stop giving my tax dollars to people. I can’t even get a package $52 I paid and it shipped out Thursday night $52 is going to take them six days to deliver a package. I paid $52 for Pathetic.

I paid (a high price) to receive a package. The driver left a message that the package was to big for her/his Jeep and never delivered. Since when you pay for a service, then you are being told they can't complete the service but still charge you?

On Jan 31 I left a note in my mailbox please bring boxes up to porch (about 550 feet away from mailbox) explaining I had left shoulder surgery (arm in brace) and right rotator also has a tear. I spoke with Kayla Driver on Feb 3 she acknowledged no problem. She only made 3 deliveries of 1,2 boxes by Feb 15 she stopped. I was never told why, she just jammed as much as she could in the mailbox breaking it, I could barely pull out the pkgs with right arm. I have made over 10 calls-to the Postal Service Main number always saying we will escalate it . I had to go speak at Facility with Supervisor Mike and scheduled a re-delivery for 2/21 never occurred.. They actually scanned the order at 320AM saying attempted..Today is 4/3 still all boxes or small bags are not being delivered stating “ Mail box full” totally 💯 false, She dosent even attempt to drive up leave at door..I’ve seen her just drive by stop by neighbor keep going.. Scan later at 455pm “”Mail box full” but she actually drove by at 325pm.. I have CCTV shows she’s not even coming to gate is open. I have been here 6 years and never asked for anything, Im not the type to ask for help I’ll crawl if I have to..It’s really sad and Proves Kayla has no empathy, probably prejudice..She puts box’s on the other neighbors porch why not mine when she knows my situation? She is unprofessional back in Oct, Nov I found boxes on the ground some open by the mail box, several times and if it rained you know what happens.. I didn’t report it because I didn’t want to get her in trouble…Here we are in April and I have about 10 orders and 16 items in the Facility and nobody is concerned about redelivery and yes I filled out the slip twice.. This Facility is a joke, unorganized, unprofessional and obviously not worth me giving them my business. I can’t drive to go pick it up because my right shoulder rotator might snap.. No one in this situation should be put through this.. So everyone you’ve been advised terrible customer service from USPS!

The USPS is notoriously slow in our area; as I have been told, the obstruction seems to be the new dist center in Palmetto...they have a real management problem. It is so bad, all local mail is held locally and delivered the next day rather than being sent to ATL for processing as has been the procedure
The local employees are good and try their best, but this is another huge govt bureaucracy that needs a Elon Musk overhaul

This has been the best post office experience I've had in awhile. I visited the posit office with 3 non-machinable envelopes, and the person who helped me evaluated them each individually to make sure they would go through ok, when I've had other post office locations just throw a stamp on it and call it a day. I really appreciate the time they took. This was not at a busy time. She was happy to chat about the different stamps available, and she made sure that I had everything I needed. I send a lot of postage, so this was a very refreshing experience! Thank you so much! I've been there a few times now and they are always nice and kind, even if it's a stressful or busy time. When it is busy, they have made sure to get everyone in and out quickly.

It's been 7 days now since package was dropped off and it is still sitting at the Blairsville facility smh ? This is totally ridiculous! What is going on over there. I hope people aren't stealing other people mail and packages. I'll update if I receive my package this week.

This driver has no respect for traffic! He came speeding out of the post office jumped over to the right lane on the 515 at 5:30 June 25, 2024. Proceeded to speed through town but once he crossed over the 129 he was weaving in and out of traffic which almost made an accident happen! Not only did he get behind us and tailgate us but when there was an opening he changed lanes proceeded to speed up only to jump back in the left lane in front of the vehicle that was in front of us making that person slam their brakes which made us do the same! He needs to be repremended and I tried calling but can only find an 800 number which is totally automated so you can't even speak to a live person! Anyways this person has no respect for the laws of the road and could of caused an accident and either hurt himself or other people that were driving on the 515!!! I hope management sees this!!

Easy to find, across the freeway from Home Depot, down the street from the War Memorial, a large parking lot and a post box to send postcards home.

Sent a certified letter signature required letter. It’s now almost 3 weeks and still has not been delivered. Third day post office says out for delivery. I could have dropped it off myself in 10 hours. Disgraceful!

Our excellent mail carrier, Kayla, was ill and a sub ran her route. A package belonging to me got delivered to the wrong address on a Monday. I contacted the post office. Brittany assisted in advising a different sub assigned to our route the following day (Tuesday), about the package that needed to be retrieved and delivered to the correct address. The 2nd sub did an excellent job in handling this correction. I do not know his name but he displayed such politeness (great attitude) and professionalism in dealing with this correction. Thank you for all your assistance in this matter
