On Nov.1st, 2024, at approximately 5:50 pm after waiting 10 minutes for assistance. I said Hey, How are you all, can I get some help? Pharmacist Crystal Crozier responded in a rude loud voice stating, “I said we will be with you!!” I said,”ma’am you didn’t say a word”. As her voice continued to get louder and more aggressive a male pharmacy tech came to the counter to assist. After he asked me if I had any questions about the prescriptions, I said yes,I do. During the consultation Crystal Crozier stated in a loud voice, “You’ve already taking these meds these are not new, can you read?!” Crystal Crozier stated she was calling the police. Ms. Crozier continues to rant saying she spoke to me recently on the phone in which she hadn’t. I then ask her for her name. Crystal Crozier then called for assistance at the pharmacy over the loud speaker. I told her I once worked for CVS and as a Leader she was totally wrong since I’d only asked for assistance and consultation. Finally, Ms. Ashton Poole came I asked her if I could walk and talk to the front of the store as Ms. Crozier says, “I don’t care if you call CORPORATE!! I will sleep good tonight!! Ms.Aston was pleasant,very professional and assisted me with my needs.

I would give a negative star if possible. This is absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever used! Not only are the employees rude but they also turned their phones off so that customers can not get through to them on the phone to check on meds or ask to refill. 10/10 do not recommend. You’re better off driving to Dothan or anywhere else .

Hours are not posted on door. Lights don't work at door. Trash in parking lot. Manager smokes at side door.

I was let go from this location for no reason. I recommend going outside of Blakely to find a pharmacist.
