This place is a diamond in the rough as they are not many places like this left around anymore mom and pop truly brick and mortar butcher shop. They make their garlic sausage in house from scratch homemade as well as all of their wonderful Louisiana style boudin sausage. Always fresh cuts of meat and price is light!!
