Alex at the Blue Ridge AT&T store was excellent in setting up my new phone from my broken old phone. He was able to retrieve all information and apps and set it up while helping other customers!! What an intelligent, thoughtful, young man! Thank you!

I went to to the store for assistance in changing the account that our payment comes out of. Isaiah was very helpful and courteous. He was professional and was able to change the account in a very timely manner.

The person working was ummm not knowledgeable about products bc I requested liquid glass and he said he had it and then put a 60 dollar sealant on my phone instead of the actual liquid glass, but the prices for phone cases were way overpriced, even though I ended up paying it. To make matters worse, the liquid glass they applied to one of my phones was not liquid glass at all. Instead, he used a wipe on the screen and said, “There you go!” I’ve used liquid glass before, and I was confused because this wasn’t it. Which the man in there didn’t know clearly and should have had to refunded me for lieing to me. If you don’t know what you are using don’t pretend you do!!! I ask him repeatedly are you sure bc this doesn’t look like the liquid glass I have used before!!!! I wanted a refund because I’m not a fool and I was ripped off over $60 just for my phone to be wiped down with a sealant instead of the actual real liquid glass. As he was wiping my screen with this wipe he almost made my screen go out it went black I assume from the amount of pressure being used wiping it!!! I thought he was about to be paying for my phone but my screen in fact came back on!!! He said I could scan the QR code just in case something happened to the screen, to claim the insurance on it from purchasing a liquid glass, but they would replace it. Well, I’m not an AT&T client, so I came here because I needed urgent protection for my phone, and there was nowhere else that had a case to fit or screen protection except for there. So, guess what? I paid over $60 to get my phone wiped down and can’t claim the warranty the screen protectant offers if something in fact did happen because I’m not an AT&T customer. Also, the same cases I bought there you can get at Walmart for $12, and I paid over $45 each! So I don’t recommend this place he even texted his manger and apparently the wipe they used for this liquid glass that was in fact a sealant instead cannot be refunded because they can’t wipe it off my screen hahahahahahahaha this place is a overwhelming joke. Not to mention he said he didn’t know how to do a refund anyway , and I hope no one else gets fooled by their tactics to make a buck!!!

Can’t make this stuff up. Stay away from AT&T store in Blue Ridge, GA. I usually only make reviews to make things better for the next person. This time however I am steering people clear of what I cannot see anything other than fraud; they just haven’t been caught yet.
Really long story short. Traded in iPhone 15pro on promo $1000 credit and upgraded to iPhone 16pro. The girl at the Blue Ridge store Tiffany took the phone, said she would turn it in for me and give the credit. Four months later Tiffany can’t find the phone and no credit has been given to me for the phone. This is a private retailer store and not a AT&T owned store. Stay away these people may be crooks.

Justin at AT&T Blue Ridge was super knowledgeable, so quick and so helpful in upgrading my iPhone! Was there about 30 min! Will definitely be returning here for my future phone/AT&T needs! Very pleased!

Tiffany is excellent. She was already dealing with a customer, got them to a point where she could see what my issue was (phone stuck in sos) fixed it in less than 5min. I’ve been going to that store for more than ten years, and it’s always been a positive experience thanks to her.
