I have been having a lot of trouble hearing with my current hearing aides for some time. Rachel asked the right questions and the adjustments she made are already such an improvement. She is an asset to Beltone.

Having trouble with the hearing aid adjustment, but the associate has worked with me. She has been very helpful. Have had Beltone hearing aids for years. I know it takes time with new aids to get the right adjustments for me. Hopefully we will get them adjusted soon.

Very pleasant! We are from Florida and Rachel treated us like long time customers. Adjusted our hearing aids and sent one for repairs. We highly recommend this office.
