I contacted Bill Holt Chevrolet to purchase a vehicle. I was working with a salesman name Dan. They were all set to sale me the vehicle until I told them I qualify for a GM discount. Then I was told that they are "choosing now to sale me the car" which sound like discrimination to me. So I asked why and was told "we could get more money if we sold to someone who doesn't have a GM discount. Which is outrageous, one of the perks of working for GM is receiving a small dollar off and I shouldn't be penalized for building the cars they are selling. Horrible customer service and business practices. I definitely wouldn't recommend Bill Holt to anyone.

My boyfriend and I had a great experience buying a new 2023 lifted Silverado here! Enoch helped us out a lot, showed us all the features in great detail, and made the trade in process very simple. Dewwey was also very friendly and walked us through the credit application and everything else we needed to drive off the lot happily! We felt very attended to and we're happy we made the drive up here...never felt rushed or pushed to sign things like we have in some of the bigger city dealerships down South. We'll be coming back here when we're ready for another new car in the family!

I have left Bill Holt Chevrolet in Blue Ridge Georgia with a car that I feel uncomfortable, unsafe, ill informed, and overall extremely dissatisfied with. I am told that the two mean I talked to (Matt Lannie and Danny Vocks) head own all Bill Holt businesses and there was nobody higher than them to talk to. so I am left with no other option but share my experience. Bill Holt Chevrolet in my experience, seems to only cares about money. I purchased a car from them 2 weeks ago. I had a problem come up and brought it back in and was told there was nothing wrong until I asked for them to check again. The issue was resolved and they fixed what was wrong no problem. I then go to start it last week and I can hear this loud sound coming from the engine that sounds like a truck and they agreed. It was never there before. I was told it could get louder and not sure exactly why it happens in some and not others. I am told this is not their issue and that it is my own issue by Matt Laney general manager. I am given the option to walk away and loose $4,600, trade in and loose $7,000, or try to sell this car at another place which I would need $30,000 for it to make my money back and it's a $23,000 or less priced car. I originally put $9,000 down when purchasing the car. The general manager Matt Lannie tried to avoid talking to me once this whole situation came up. Upon entering the business and finally being able to talk to someone in charge (Matt Lannie) I was met with an aggressive toned man who couldn't listen to a single thing without coming back with something like, "Well it's not broken down at the side of the road is it." As if that was the issue that I was having. Overall, worst experience with a business let alone a car man. Beware at shopping for cars at Bill Holt Chevrolet in Blue Ridge Georgia. And if you do, I hope you are not a young woman who needs to talk to the head sales man and be belittled as I was in my experience.

I live in Ellijay and wanted to shop local! So I went online to Bill Holt Chevy. Found a New Chevy Trailblazer 2022 for 31K. That was the price they list online. That is MSRP. When I got to the dealership I am told since the demand on those vehicles is so high, they raised the price to 34K. That is 3k more than the advertised price on their site. So much for helping locals who live here. I can go to another town and get that same vehicle for MSRP, why would I want to pay an extra 3k for theirs. I spent a good hour in there and a total waste of time. Worst experience I have had in a dealership ever! I will be shopping somewhere else to say the least and I warn everyone else to stay away from these crooked salesteam. I went to the Jeep dealership in Jasper, they were friendly and they are actually taking some off of MSRP even though demand is high. I will be going there on monday to buy a Jeep Compass instead.

Inquired to buy the Silver Equinox Demo. Did Online and the rest to streamline deal. NO ONE from dealership actually contacted me direct. Just the folks in their BDC. Bought elsewhere!

We broke down today on 515 north. Were from out of town. Had the truck toad in. They said they would work us in and do the best to get us back on the road. They had to go an hour away for part. But had us back on the road in a few hours. Guys in the service bay kept us updated and informed without having to ask. Great work bill holt chevy..

Dropped my car off to get fuel line fixed November 12 received a call from dealer who said they ordered the part with a two day delivery car should be ready by Thursday November 15 called Thursday and was told the part was not in yet (they never called to give updates) I had to call day after day. Finally after no response from dealer we had to go pick up my car from the dealer. They never even bothered with the car or tried to satisfy the customer. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Impeccable customer service My fiancé and I couldn't have asked for any better handling of our truck buying experience. No one seemed peeved that our purchase time extended over their closing hours, and for that we are grateful! Very impressed with Bill Holt Chevrolet of Blue Ridge! We'll be back

Good luck if you want to look at a car/truck at this location, much less test drive one. I'm in the market for a truck as my current lease is almost expired- so I have to buy something soon. Unfortunately, I could not get assistance at any point during my visit as I walked the entire lot. I can't review their service as it appears to be nonexistent.
