It is not a junky souvenir store and offers a large selection of great quality items, including clothes, small gifts, and Dolly Parton things. The staff is consistently friendly, sweet, helpful, and accommodating, making visitors feel welcome. Some customers note the items can be overpriced compared to online retailers, attributing it to the touristy location. The shop is adorable with lots to look at and is a popular stop for visitors, who often plan to return.
The young lady downstairs was very helpful and accommodating! She introduced herself as Megan and she helped us find our way around the store as well as good food recommendations in the area.
