“Amazing staff, grounds, and healing at this gem. I attended a retreat for 3 days. There were beautiful walking trails, studio space, sleeping quarters, and more. It was definitely a beautiful and rejuvenating experience. The chef prepared wonderful and fresh meals daily. I definitely recommend any occasion where you need to disconnect, rediscover yourself, and become one with nature.”
“Nicole was excellent!!! She greeted me at the door and showed me around the gym. The equipment was clean and well kept, also nice and spaced out so there’s no clutter! She was very kind and clear with how membership works, all with a smile. Will be using this gym!”

“Excellent small town gym. Clean and well organized. Equipment is in great shape and it is never crowded. Staff is friendly and helpful. I wish the monthly membership fees were a little lower but for 24 hour access and no crowds it is a good deal. I would recommend it if you are looking to train. We have a two adults (male and female) and a 14 year old with memberships and we all enjoy training there.”
