Well having 0% propane does not even stir the CSR. They told me a week to 10 days. I can not even get the local office on the phone. I think what really chaps me is that there was a Heritage propane delivery truck within 1 mile of the house today. I was hopeful since he was heading away from our house. Nope still have an empty tank going on the 5 th day of waiting.

No problem with Heritage gas for years UNTIL they sold out to Amerigas. Now we have no gas into house for stove or furnace and we have called them three times for assist. Their response….they will deliver gas sometime next week as we are not an emergency!
Avoid this company. Poor customer service. Not responsive to customer problems. Contact is a call center that sounds as if it is in India.

The worst customer service ever. Can't even go to a local office to pay a bill and they no longer make service calls if you have a problem.Prices are higher than anywhere else around.

I called trying to find out if they fill 20 gallon propane tanks and was sent to a call center somewhere on the West Coast of the United States when I am in Georgia. It is a simple yes no question that a computer should be able to answer yet. They want you to wait 20 minutes online to talk to a person who will tell you no they don’t do it.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. They lie about timelines leaving you in the cold for days or weeks, they have no coordinated systems between customer service and field services. They will purposely do things that require you to pay additonal fees. There is no communication about deliveries. Then after I thought my account was closed for 6 months I get a cancelation bill for $300 (my 2nd "final bill". Avoid this company at all costs, regardless of costs you will regret doing business with Amerigas.

I just called customer service to check their price of propane. I'm not a customer so she rudely hung up. Geez if I was thinking about switching service wouldn't pick them!

They used to be a good company when privately owned. Be aware that they just charged me 4.85 a gallon & I own my own tank. Credit score of 835 & pay within 24 hours. If you go with them you better ask for a raise.20 minute hold time…must I go on.

sold house 4 Dec 2020 in blue ridge ga
had $415 of gas in tank to be refunded by check
as of 4 Feb 2021, 9 phones and 6 requesting supervisor ( no return calls from supervisors ) still no refund
my 4 feb 2021 call they now say they do not show I had an account lol
$415 stolen from me by heritage propane/amerigas

The worse company they put me on hold, after and hour and half they hang up on me! No customer service at all! I called once said I was a new customer they took my call immediately... then placed me on hold yet again! All I want is them to pick up their tank since they couldn’t fill it!

This company is terrible. We have been without gas for an entire week and have been promised delivery several different days. The high the past few days has been in the 30s. Thank God we don’t have any children at this time. Do not go with this company, they are pathetic.

Lady at the desk couldn't even bother to look at me. Waited 5 minutes while someone talked about their dr. Appointment. Didn't even acknowledge. From the looks of their reviews, and considering the competition just within 5 miles I'm am baffled how they are in business.
