I only give it three stars because it depends on who you deal with. The former employee Moly is great and my business will follow her wherever she is. Carla is extremely nice. On the other hand the owner will assure you that she will do something to get you to spend money then go back on her word. This happened to my fiance and I over bloodwork. She assured us that she would call us with the results because we both live out of town but when the results came in she refused to explain them to us unless we made another appointment. He paid 140$ and I paid 150$ to get our bloodwork done and find out the results just to be told we would each have to pay another 140$ to have the results explained to us. I would give some staff members a five star rating but the fact that the owner will not follow through on her own promises drags down the review.

I went to Molly for eyebrow tattooing. She did an awesome job. My brows didn't look like twins, not even sisters, more like cousins in their appearance. Molly was able to make them look even and the same shape. What a marvelous difference! I love the fact that I no longer have to use any product in my brows. She's the best! Thanks Molly! Carol

I had my first appointment with Molly at Indulge Med Spa today and the entire experience was amazing! Carla at the front is the cutest! Not to mention, she is so friendly and approachable! Molly was a rock star and I just fell in love with her! She was so friendly and knowledgeable. She made me feel very comfortable in her care! I'm so excited to continue treatment/ pampering sessions at Indulge!

I scheduled monthly appointments for the entire year of 2018. My stylist, Jack decided to move to another state. His scheduler called me at the beginning of July to notify me and to let me know Jack's colorist would be taking his clients, though she may want to set her own schedule so I might be expecting a call. I got no call. I tried calling the salon but an answering machine said they were not taking calls and gave no opportunity to leave a message. I drove forty minutes through a rain storm yesterday, assuming Michelle was keeping Jack's appointments. Much to my shock, the salon is empty!!!! No calls, no notice posted..... I think that is a really sh____y way to do business!!!!!
