Ingles did not fill the Rx as the doctor ordered it. They only filled half. When I asked, they told me it that was all the insurance would pay for (not true). I had a Prior Auth on file for the full amount. In addition, Ingles was counting the half fille as full refill and subtracting it from what I had left. I questioned this as well and they falsely blamed insurance. After several weeks of multiple phone calls between insurance and pharmacy, it turns out Ingles was only concerned with their cost as it was better for them to fill every 2 weeks and not the 30 day supply. I live outside the city limits and work full time so this is a big inconvenience. It should be illegal not fill as dr. ordered and they had no concern for my time. This literally took me hours to get to the real issue, which was pharmacy did not want to do complete fill due to their cost. I took me Rx elsewhere and it is now being filled correctly.

I live in Florida and usually the pharmacy service is lacking and the employees are rude. What a difference with the service at the Ingles Pharmacy in Blue Ridge, GA! The ladies at the counter were caring and friendly, they understood that my son needed his medication urgently and they got everything in a super short time, also helped and recommended some products over the counter. five star service! Thank you!!

Such a great grocery chain. The staff is excellent, very helpful and friendly. The produce is so beautiful and fresh and the store is exceptionally clean. We only visit this area once a year and would never consider shopping anywhere else. I only wish this chain would make it's way to Florida.

Inconsiderate employee's will cut you off, venders block the isles. Produce is meh, better can be found up the street. Beef cuts are poorly done lots of unneeded fat left attached Would not consider pick up due to these facts

DISGUSTING. Absolutely disgusted with this store. I went in to buy some country sausage on JULY 15th. Cut it open when I arrived at home to make a good dinner and it was ROTTEN. Probably because it went bad on JULY 1st. That's TWO WEEKS OLD. it wasn't just one pack that was bad, both were two weeks expired. Would have been a bad night for my stomach movements if I had eaten this. Absolutely disgusting. Sad. Sad. Sad. Ugh

Fantastic pharmacyi usually use Blue Ridge pharmacy which is absolutely tough notch in my opinion but they are closed on Sunday so if I have. A medication that needs to be filled on Sunday. I go to Ingle's and have been very impressed with their staff and help fulness.

I am from Chicago so this very well stocked grocer was a nice surprise and only a few minutes from my rental when we came in late and needed sustenance. They had super fresh produce, heavenly cakes (try the chocolate cake from the bakery for a decadent treat) and I know it's weird but they have a giant bag of freshly popped popcorn for like 2.99 I think - I am still munching on it 5 days later. It is the most delicious popcorn I have ever had, right up there with movie popcorn. So yum. I picked up steaks, chops and chicken thighs and all of it tasted real good! Anyway, staff was sweet with all the "how can I help you ma'am's", store is impeccably clean, I highly recommend this grocer.

We've been visiting Blue Ridge each Fall for several years, and we've always been super impressed with this Ingles. They have a very broad selection of produce, meats, cheeses, wines, beer, and are very well stocked with everyday essentials. On a recent visit, I was able to find many items I'd find at my home grocery stores - Publix, Sprouts, While Foods - for example: USDA tenderloin; fresh sage, Berringer Knight's Valley Cabernet!!!; hominy - for homemade Posole; logs for the fireplace; our favorite coffee creamer; even a somewhat obscure item: Birds Eye Buffalo Cauliflower! As mentioned by others, there is a deli for fresh sandwiches, Asian hot plates; wing bar. And a real Starbucks!Customer service is excellent. Warm & friendly - no baleful sideways glances at us for being "out of towners"...
