Shopping with John at Mountain Mattress was friendly, knowledgeable, and agreeably efficient. John also delivered our mattresses and returned way after work to adjust a mistake we had made.

We found Mountain Mattress online when we were looking to purchase a bed frame. We met the owner of the store, who was very helpful and really nice. Once we started talking with him, he made us such great deal we ended up having 2 mattresses, Box Springs, Bed Frame, Mattress Covers and 4 Pillows delivered that afternoon! They even took all the old mattresses away. Absolutely an awesome experience.

Very happy with the mattress set we purchased. John was extremely patient and courteous in working with us. There was some wavering on our part - from one model to another and then back to the original - but John stayed with us the whole way. Delivery was fast and flawless.

Relocating from Pennsylvania, I found myself needing 2 beds & boxsprings. Mountain Mattress was the 3rd store that I looked at. The first 2 stores had outrageous prices and poor customer service. The owner/salesman was very friendly from the moment I walked into the store. He was very patient as I was “trying out†a number of beds. With his assistance I found the perfect bed for me. He offered to deliver that day and I said yes. When he came to my house he noticed that my bed had not been assembled correctly from our moving company. He told me that he would come back, with tools, to fix the problem. True to his word, he returned and took care of this. I like buying from a family owned business as their reputation is always on the line. I was treated fairly and received a good price on my mattresses. I would definitely buy from them again.

I have purchased mattresses on two occasions and there very nice quality But here's what makes a difference I had a problem with one I stopped in and the owner came over same day And made it right That's the most important thing to me Standing behind your product after the sale Very nice people to deal with
