The post office in Blue Ridge Georgia is the absolute worst I've ever dealt with no one willing to help you we spoke to the manager lady about possibly moving our mailbox 50 ft off the road because it continually gets run over by cars she said absolutely not if we move it we will not get mail delivery they will not deliver any packages to the house because they are just flat out lazy they leave a door tag that says a gate access is required and they return the package to the sender there is no gate we're going to escalate this up further from our understanding Atlanta Georgia post office is what sets their delivery route will be reaching up to somebody higher in charge

This must the worst PO in the USA. I quit going there. I now go to Blairsville and it’s like night and day better. The people that work at the Blairsville office are smart, efficient, and friendly. I don’t understand how Blue Ridge gets away with such bad service. Is there a Postmaster onsite? Does he/she know what’s going on? They help give the USPS a bad reputation.

This location seemingly hires the rudest and most miserable mail clerks possible as a deterrent to recipients and their mail.
Don't even waste your time coming here if your package got redirected to this location, they won't look for it and will tell you any number of excuses to avoid even looking for what you described. They will keep berating you for your decision to pick up your package from this location as you walk out the door.

Customer service is inexistent. keeps returning my mail. Had 3 or 4 packages returned to sender for no reason whatsoever and can’t get assistance trying to resolve the issue.

This postal service of blue ridge Georgia sucks they have kept and never even delivered it I have cameras that show they haven't delivered it waiting on my new camera to come in not with USPS because mite not get it but with different service then I'm going to take the recording and try to climb it up the food chain until something gets done somebody's obviously taking these packages home a year ago by I still receive nothing so somebody's taking them home this has to stop

First of all, idk why my package was sent to this location as it was in my city ten minutes away and then transferred to blue ridge which is hours away from me. Anyways, my package has sat at this location for six days with no update. Just says “processing” which means they haven’t even bothered to scan it in, they stole it, or they lost it. Every review on here is the same and its shocking to me this location operates the way it does. I finally had to just get a refund because im pretty sure they don’t plan to deliver my package. This is the first time I have ever had this problem.

No one in line, very friendly lady helped me and she knew exactly what she was doing. I recommend this Post Office to anyone needing Great Service.

Do not understand how my driver can say something was left by my door or porch and it’s nowhere to be found and be able to get away with it. I contacted Amazon and there is nothing they can do because they have a contract with the postal service and my claim is with them.. Guess what the postal service says?

Would give you 0 stars.My current delivery driver has failed to deliver my package twice, for no reason. The second time he didn’t run at all; He didn’t pick up any of my outgoing packages either!He refuses to follow any notes stating we also could have packages on the porch. You know why we leave notes? Because creating an official pickup request is a waste of time. The postal workers will not inform the drivers, simply because they do not care. This information came straight from one of our previous drivers.Don’t even think about calling them for help; It’s a waste of time. Hours wait, which I believe is a lie. Post master is also known to hang up on you. All because they aren’t going to be held accountable, and no one cares.

They work well for the most part but I've had some packages be scanned and not arrive and also had some expensive packages not make it to their destination simply because they didnt update the parcel and transition it physically to the next location. The most I've had happen was a package that's been damaged that of course they denied it being their fault. I know its alot of packages but damn, is it so hard to at least get it from point A to B? It literally has an address on it, and you're employed by the government to move it to that address. I dont care about delay, just get it where it needs to be. No wonder this place has such bad reviews, unless you have to dont use this facility because they're definitely a liability.

they stated they attempted to deliver a package. But no attempt was made…. I also previously listed a note package on at the address just to leave the box at the mailbox or porch if they were not able to hand it directly to someone. I don’t personally live in Blue Ridge anymore but I had problems at several times with them not leaving packages that I have had shipped to a family member. now my grandmother is going to have to walk to the post office to pick up her package.
