Van Zandt's Grill & Grocery is a cozy family grill and general store in Blue Ridge, right on the Toccoa River. It is a great location for kayaking or motorcycle rides, with a porch looking at the river. The staff is friendly with a great general attitude. The food is fabulous, with the best burgers in Georgia, great breakfast, delicious lunch, and tasty chili. They also offer chicken sandwiches, tots, sweet tea, and snacks. The store sells very tasty jams and amazing-smelling candles. It is the only place for miles to get a snack or a cold drink. Call ahead for hours.
Stopped in quickly to just grab some waters, but the folks running the place were so kind I hope to go back just to check it out more.

Stopped for lunch while doing the BDR. They have motorcycle parking. I had the club and sat on the porch that has great views. Wonderful staff and good food!
