Fabio was my assistant through getting a new phone he was absolutely amazing! Telling me all the deals and letting me know my insurance options for next time so when my phone breaks I won’t have to get out of pocket, also going above and beyond letting me know another line on my plan was due for an upgrade and what phone would be best for our lifestyles! I’ve never been so in and out of a Verizon so quickly and efficiently! I’m a proud owner of a iPhone 16 pro and will continue to go to Verizon in blue ridge! 🥰

The representative, Danica, was patient and persistent. My phone wasn't working and I didn't have my passwords handy for setting up the new phone, but she helped me navigate it when I got frustrated. And she did all of this working in a trailer that wasn't air conditioned because the main store is under construction. She smiled the whole time!

Always a long wait and many times, the salesperson is really more interested in selling products than solving a phone issue and sometimes they refer to the manufacturer and when they are called, they say Verizon should have been able to assist.

While living in Blue Ridge, I had the opportunity to meet Danica and Hailey at the Verizon Store. Both of them were by far two of the very best customer representatives that I have ever interacted with in my life. They were professional, personable , kind, calm, knowledgeable, experienced, wise and extremely patient. They worked diligently and quickly to help each customer. Despite the fact, the store was short staffed, they remained calm, focused and were sure to greet each customer that walked in with a smile, These ladies were spectacular!!!
I have visited many Verizon stores, however, after experiencing the customer service at Verizon, Fannin County, I can hardly fathom going to any other Verizon! It isn’t that I had a bad experience at the other stores, it just means that much to customers when you deal with exceptional 5 Star employees like Danica and Hailey!!!

Currently closed, there are issues that prevent all the stores in this shopping center from conducting business at this time. We were there Saturday, March 29, 2025, around 10 AM. Signs are posted on the business doors.
