Called to ask if they were able to look up if they had a certain item in stock. The guy on the phone said “no I can’t tell you how many of the 18000 items we have in stock” extremely rude older guy. Just lost a contractor’s business!

Very helpful for a younger staff. They got me exactly what I needed to finish up the job I had going on. I made right before they closed and they didn't rush me out door.

Lots of items to choose! Usually good service..I'd definitely recommend the store knowledgeable crew...the lady knew more than I did ..different sizes of screws kinda embarrassing but I love it!

This is hands-down, the best Ace Hardware I have ever shopped at. Every single time I walk in they immediately ask me what I need and will walk with me to find it. That is something I really appreciate because I have a hard time finding anything anytime I go shopping lol Jackie and Vince (the people who run the store) are some of the best people you’ll ever meet. They’ve got a lot of great employees, especially Landon. He is always so helpful and kind when I go in there.

Unfortunately really poor selection of hardware even compared to Home Depot. No stainless nyloc nuts or button head bolts larger than M6. If they did have the nuts somewhere, the employee didn't know. I've met some older employees here which are great, hence the 4 star, but unfortunately it's mostly kids which don't seem to know where anything is. I understand it's hard to find help, but even the staff at Home Depot appear more knowledgeable.
