“I stopped on my way home from work because I was having problems with my van starting. Nick was amazing! He came outside, checked my battery, and told me I needed a new one. He sold me a reasonably priced battery and installed it for me. The entire time, he was very nice, polite, and professional. He even held the door open for me. Great job young man! You definitely have a future in customer service!”
