Two days with no mail deliveries to our home in Bogart, GA because of two inches of snow! I can understand if there were freezing rain on Friday, okay, be safe, but there was no excuse for today. I was expecting an important medical device that I will now have to wait for until Monday.
Also, from some of the other comments here, it sounds like this location should be reported to the U.S.Postal inspectors. Stealing U.S. mail is a 15-year felony.

They aren't shipping packages out from this facility. Don't know why but there are 5 customers whose packages are being held hostage here.

Apparently they’ve lost the legal paperwork that I sent certified mail on March 20. Supposedly it left their facility on March 22, but was never scanned in anywhere else which makes me wonder if it is actually floating around their office somewhere… Guess I’ll drive out there in the next day or two and ask then to look because they don’t pick up the phone either. SMH. No one to blame but myself. I should’ve sent it FedEx.

DO NOT USE THE DROP BOX AT THIS LOCATION ! 3 pieces of mail have been lost on two different occasions here. Mailed within a week of one another. Two cancelled check fees and lost documents. Who can find them ?

Bad service they lost my Christmas cards and the manager told me don’t feel bad 4 more customers are in the same situation he explained that it got trapped in one of the container but which container I feel like they don’t care and I have to accept like I didn’t pay for the service and I put my trust on them. I’ll never going back to this office do a claim and they don’t want to pay worst service ??????????if you want you’re letters to get lost go here

Some how a package of mine had been marked with the wrong zip code. Instead of being sent to me, it was sent to the town over. Once I had realized the problem, I frantically tried to remedy the situation to no avail. It was very difficult to get ahold of any one and I really thought all was lost. My last chance was to call Bogart and see if they could help. I spoke to a very nice gentleman who actually listened and cared enough to look for my package. He found my package and I was able to pick it up. I am so thankful to have finally found someone who gave me the time of day. Thanks Bogart USPS!

I had a package priority delivered requiring a signature. It is to a business that has been here in Athens for over a decade and has had the same hours. They came to it an hour and a half after closing and marked it as a first attempt to contact. Mind you, it’s already been 3 days since it was supposed to be delivered. Hopefully they come first thing in the morning, but at this rate they’ll probably come at the same time and Mark it as a second contact attempt. Just the other day some medication that was literally emergency mailed to me because it was an emergency as the name would suggest, somehow got “lost”. USPS needs to recruit from Chik-fil-A, that way they can have some employees that are on time and get the order right despite how busy they are. I gave it 1 star because the other 4 stars are in the package they can’t seem to get delivered.

No wonder the postal service is in trouble. The post office in Bogart is terrible. Had a important letter sent from NC to Bogart. This part of Bogart got annexed into Athens. So instead of sending it to Athens 2 miles down the road , they sent it back. Perfect example of why people are letting them fail. Failure at it's finest.
