Horrible service! Went in with the full intent to upgrade my phone. I was shown where the new iphones were, told what the price would be and left alone. No one took the time to discuss trade-ins or even look up my account to discuss options. Very frustrating.

I recently visited this store to assist my mother and father in upgrading their phone, there was only 1 employee assisting another customer which is fine. But we weren't greeted no hey I'll be right with you or anything. I asked some questions and I was told to look it up on the app. To be completely honest I went to store because I thought it would be easier but it wasn't, I left after hearing what I believed to be the wrong information. Only to call customer service to find out it was so ultimately I ordered their phones online and got an awesome deal. Over the last 10 years ive ordered my phones online and will continue to do so.

We recently moved to the area and are still getting used to how things work here, so I really appreciate the amazing service I received today at the Warner Robins AT&T store.
I came in because my son’s phone wasn’t working and there was an issue with the account that needed to be merged with another one. I also had questions about my new account since my bill was higher than expected.
The two sales representatives who helped me were outstanding — polite, professional, and genuinely kind. The store was spotless and welcoming. They took the time to explain everything clearly, helped me choose a more suitable plan for my son (not just the most expensive one), showed me how to use the payment app, and even helped me make a payment on the spot.
I’ll definitely come back to this store for any future issues and hope to always be helped by this amazing team. It’s refreshing to see such honest and caring service these days! 🙏

So I called to see if they had any iPhone 17 in stock. This guy answered the phone and just simply asked if they had any iPhone stock he said “I can’t discuss inventory items over the phone, you would have to come in”. I was confused bc I didn’t know that was a rule so I said what if I want to get a phone but I don’t wanna drive over there and yall don’t have it. He said again “I can’t discuss inventory items over the phone, you would have to come in”. So I said oh attitude and he said “yes oh attitude and hung up on me” these people are rude, if you don’t like your job don’t work there!

It's very rare to go into a store and every single employee is not only useful, but genuine! Not once did i feel rushed even though I had poor timing and walked in close to closing. All employees worked quickly and efficiently. I'm unsure if there are more people that work there but based off the 3 I met (ty, jacob, Dominique) I can only guess they are just as nice!

I want to give a shoutout to Sean, the agent who assisted me yesterday. He demonstrated exceptional expertise in helping me choose the right internet plan. We went to set up home internet.
The sales lady told us that AT&T now includes insurance with all plans at no extra cost. I confirmed that we would not pay more for this, she said that it is included.
My statement shows that it is NOT included and it is an extra $25 a month.
Overall a disappointing and upsetting interaction. I sent an email to the address that’s been posted to all of the other low reviews. I have yet to receive a reply.
Beware of this store and their sales tactics.
***7/8/25 emailed the posted email twice and no response. They truly do not care about the poor, dishonest service at this store.
