I had a very long hair and I am very picky with who touches me. Taylor did my hair and she did an amazing job. She explained everything and made it comfortable for me to express what I wanted. She listened to what I needed and did a fabulous job. It is definitely worth the trip and time. Very affordable.

This salon is amazing! I had a tight schedule and they were able to fit me in and do an amazing job. I have super curly hair and Gracie did so well with the cut and style and was super sweet :)

This salon is very clean, and Ms. Kelly did a wonderful job cutting my 7-year-old's hair. She was very patient and thorough. My daughter had a wonderful experience also, and I will be back to get my hair cut in a couple of weeks, too!

My boyfriend purchased a massage for me and I was really looking forward to it! During the consultation I stated my main goal was to relax and and my shoulders were sore. He didn’t really focus on my shoulders at all and it seemed as if he was trying to do the things a chiropractor does. I have been having low back pain ever since I had the massage. It was the worst experience I have ever had. This made me question as to how trained he was.Service: Massage

Howdy folks!I have to share what a gem it is to have an AVEDA in a small town ~ and not just a salon but a SPA (rare in case you’re unaware)!I walked into “class” and “tranquility”, but of course: It’s AVEDA!Let me share my “Experience: Which is what, yes, I’ll say it again: AVEDA - where the products and service is about the “experience”!Winston, a Master stylist, greeted me warmly at the front desk (next to Giovanni) and used my first name!I’ve also been grateful to have Shun care for me these last few months in 2023! She’s extremely knowledgeable and has a great touch!We began walking through the spa and the wonderful smells surrounding me …. Ahhh do I love the smells of AVEDA! I was brought an AVEDA tea while Winston assessed my hair and which journey we’d take together!We chose a layered cut to bring more style to accentuate my face and a blowout to keep the look and bring about softness to the touch.Now to the shampoo room with wide reclining chairs to fall asleep in while your head is massaged with the AVEDA mint scalp revitalizing shampoo … mmmmmhhh!My head is still tingling as I enjoy my iced cold brew at a local coffee shop!Thank you AVEDA and thank you Winston and Shun!See you again soon! Fine for haircuts, but avoid for colour - use Ulta or some other salon that can do basic color jobs.I scheduled appointments for myself and my two teens: one haircut, and two haircuts/trims and color jobs.The first color job was supposed to be solid pink, but it came out like a home-dye job gone wrong and looks like it was simply bleached orange with a tiny bit of pink haphazardly at the roots.The second color job was supposed to be black with bright red ends, but the ends turned out a faded tulip. The stylist also completely forgot to do the trim.The lone haircut was great and handled by a different stylist than the first two. This stylist was actually friendly, communicative, solicited feedback, and remembered to offer the extra (included) services, as expected.We usually have our hair cut at this salon, but I usually color my hair myself. We're in the process of moving, and I've recently thrown out all of my old dyes, so I figured we'd have someone else do it this time. Big mistake. I often color my own in multiple bright colours and patterns, and I've never had a mishap like the failed pink job.Will either have our hair fixed at Ulta or do it myself. I have had the same black/red done at Ulta before w/o issue, along with black and silver for one of the kids, so I'm sure they can handle a solid pink.Service: Haircut

Omg!!! I had Jeremiah for a massage, and 10/10 would recommend! He’s professional and he did not cause any pain during the massage! I will continue to make appointments!

I had a reservation for 1200 on a Saturday afternoon for a message. I walk into the store at 1150 and no one was at the register. I waited for 15 minutes before someone finally showed up to the counter and told me to have a seat. I waited another 5 minutes and walked out about 13 minutesafter my appointmentwas supposedto start. if you have an appointment at 1200, it should start at 1200 and don't keep people waiting at the front desk for 15 minutes and tell them to have a seat! No apology at all!!! You do not deserve my money and I hope

I've been here a few times and the staff are all really great. I saw Winston and he was so nice and down to earth and made the whole experience just wonderful. My cut and color turned out fantastic. Just be careful though, they threw in a few extras that I wasn't expecting that jacked up the price a bit. I'd go back and love my hair, but next time I'll be sure to have them tell me before they just do the extras.Tl;dr: Overall, great experience but lost a star for the added extras that I wasn't aware of.Service: Haircut

My wife and daughter have been going to this store for about two years now and have had fairly good luck for the most part. However, I took them there this past Thursday and things were dramatically different for the worse. Not only did they not tell her that the lady who normally does their hair not there anymore but never even took the time to introduce the two that were now doing it. My wife had a stroke just after we moved here so she is a bit handicapped with speech, movement and confusion so it's a bit hard to communicate and appears handicapped now. They both had about the same things done as they normally do, cuts, highlights and a bit of color for my daughter. We usually spend between $150 and $250 with tip for this. This time it came out to be $560.00(!!!!), absolutely ridiculous and outrageous!!! I am entirely sure that they took complete advantage of not only my wife but our 16-year-old who presented the debit card. After a short phone call back to the store it was explained (by the manager we think) that they charged what the two hairdressers wrote up and there was nothing they could about it, also, completely outrageous. No apology, what can we do for you, can we schedule you to work with one of our other hairdressers next time, can we get you a gift certificate or even a partial refund, NOTHING! We will NEVER return to this or any other Aveda store again and continue to spread the word of their unacceptable behavior, attitude and business practices. Oh, did I mention the cut my wife asked for and showed a photo to the hairdresser of was NOT what she wanted as well. So much for getting that great feeling of looking pretty coming out that she went in there to get!!!!
