This. med stop was spotless. The ladies at the front desk were so pleasant. The doctor that took care of me was a female doctor who was so pleasant and easy to talk to. She took her time and did not rush you. So so very nice. Thank you again for your help. JP

BEWARE!! This med stop is now classified as an out patient care facility meaning most insurances will charge hundreds to you vs copayment. The web site and signs all say urgent care. BEWARE!!

This one star has nothing to do with the service and everything to do with the billing department. Service was great! Just make sure they don't bill your sore throat visit as an emergency, because apparently there's "nothing they can do" to re-bill that.

Took my daughter here because she was sick and it was a Sunday, so her doctors weren't open. My husband was also there a week before for stitches. Both times, the doctors were so friendly. We were seen right away both times and out as quickly as they could get us out.

They're so Awesome and Professional while Friendly. It's very helpful to have a convenient place to go to for non-emergency outside of regular doctor office hours and without a tremendous bill. Thank you!

Took my teenage there today and he got tested for COVID, which was positive. But I took him on a Friday evening and it took only couple of minutes for waiting time. All the nurses and staff were really friendly and helpful! Would definitely go there again! Is better than lake joy med stop for sure!

Brought my 1 year old grandson in due to an infection in his eye. We have been waiting for over an hour in a room and there were no patients in the waiting room and claimed all the rooms were full in the back yet no cars in the parking lot. Although the nurses are nice they were all sitting at the nurses station. If they are "so busy" why aren't they running around opposed to being on their phones. Two doctors here working and not a single one has even seen the child as he screams in the room. Houston County Hospital y'all need to do better with your staff and making sure to employ doctors who understand that some patients need to be seen in a timely manner.

I had something going on with my eye on a Sunday afternoon and decided to visit the Bonaire Med Stop. Check in was quick and efficient. Justin quickly came and got me from the waiting room and took me to the exam room. He checked my vitals and listened intently to my concerns. Dave, the NP, came in shortly thereafter; and began to examine my eye. He noticed a spot on my eye that he had some concern with and wanted some clarification. He went and got Dr. Hatcher to come take a look as well. Both were very thorough and I felt confident upon leaving that this was not a serious issue. I was in and out in approximately 30 minutes. Highly recommend this facility.

I walked out of this med-stop very pleased! Quite honestly I do not think I’ve been to a med-stop this great. Not only very quick and efficient, but everyone had great attention to detail. I was very impressed with my provider Dr. Nkechi and it is very obvious how knowledgeable she is. I will definitely be coming here again if my PCP isn’t open.

Women working at the front desk this Wednesday afternoon was so disrespectful and unprofessional, I was so badly mistreated I’ve never gone though something like this in all my life this women was a real demon I wouldn’t recommend this location if you do not wanted to be treated poorly. Very much inconsiderate and very aggressive lots of attitude for no reason at all! just really cruel and mean hearted! a serious lack of professionalism and common decency, I’m not coming back here anymore. Front desk lady needs to be let go, Very rude and inappropriate behavior. Was extremely unfriendly and hostile towards me but was very friendly to the patient before me… I’m not sure why I was so mistreated by this lady.

The staff here were awesome! Very attentive and caring. They got patients back and seen by the doctor as quickly as they could. Rooms were sprayed down between patients. Despite the obviously heavy workload on all the Healthcare providers because of covid, they all had really good attitudes and were pleasant to interact with. A big thank you to all the Bonaire medstop staff!!

I can’t say enough good things about the new med stop in Bonaire. Convenient location in the Publix shopping center. Beautiful, professional facility. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. No lines, no waiting AND a dedicated Peds staff! Well-done Houston Healthcare ? ?

Do yourself a huge favor and stay away from here. They like to play games and let you guess at your diagnosis. If you come in stating anything you’ve been diagnosed with in the past, they will go with that without further testing or any kind of medical advice. My husband went here and was treated for something without any testing to confirm what his actual diagnosis was. I visited the med stop a few weeks prior for vomiting and extreme pain in my abdomen and back. The intake nurse was extremely rude and was still trying to ask me questions while my entire face was in a bag. They didn’t examine me, just prescribed zofran and that was it. I ended up in emergency gallbladder removal surgery a few days later. Again, do yourself the biggest favor and keep driving past this place.

Interesting experience. I don't usually post reviews about medical professionals, but my experience here was not what I expected. The upfront staff was kind and easy to work with, so no problems there. The nurses were excellent as well, so no problems there either. But Dr. James Oliviere was TOTALLY out of line. First off, I went in about my blood pressure, but he insists that I may have covid, and disturbingly pushes me to have a test done, even though I'm saying I get them done regularly through my job. He then acts as if my blood pressure, which was 150/105, was no big deal and is probably covid. He constantly said " People usually come to med-stops for covid", as if there were no med-stops for patient care BEFORE covid. He displayed a very unhealthy preoccupation with covid and giving me a test. So when I finally deny the two nurses that tried to give me a covid test, the Dr. James walks in and gives me a lecture about the different causes of hypertension in a very condescending and smug manner. It was almost as if I was made to feel like I was lying. Im a 25 year old, healthy male; so I don't walk into any medical establishment unless I think it's dire. They way he spoke and proceeded to help me with my problem was very unprofessional. I'm the patient. I know whats going on with my body. Not only do I know, my suspicions were confirmed when they checked my blood pressure. Dr. James should follow the lead of his staff and learn to be more respectful to his patients. Maybe listen to everything he hears before manufacturing a half-hearted solution like a covid test. I'm not sure if this is usual behavior, but I DO NOT recommend this med-stop.
