Good pedicure, the pressure to upsell is unreal. We almost put on our shoes and walked out.
It's been 6 years and we've been coming here regularly. The pressure to upsell isn't an issue anymore.

Mrs. Lele did such a beautiful job on my halloween nails today!! She got the shape and style perfect and was very quick and efficient♡♡♡ If you are looking for a new nail place in the Warner Robins area you have to stop by Designer Nails!!!

Garbage salon with garbage customer service! I cannot believe this place is still in business. It’s pure trash and all the products looks old and outdated!

Came in here and the service was disappointing. Some of the staff was friendly, but the lady doing my mani was rushing even though it was not busy. She was also being rude. Will not be returning.

My first time in this place and I already can’t say enough about them . I got a gel overlay with a gel manicure and also did a gel pedicure. ( highly recommend pedicure #7 ) upon sitting in the chair she examined my nails closely we chatted about what I wanted and all the good stuff .. they were super friendly and took their time , was so detailed I definitely will be going back … Hopefully they stay consistent cause my nails and feet look fabulous

Went to this nail solan yesterday. Was greeted nicely . The lady that did my full set was very sweet . The lady that did my toes was horrible. She was very rough and she cut me on both of my feet and I was bleeding . I received a a gel pedicure the worst paint job on my toes I have ever seen . My husband also went with me and the lady kept asking him if he wanted her to take out his ingrown toe nails . He told the lady that he didn’t want her to mess with them . She continued to mess with them and has now taken a big chunk of meat out of his toe. I will not be a returning customer.

Every now and then I come to them and their always pretty good. The people are normally nice and they do a decent job, but NOT today!! I supposedly got a manicure and my brows waxed. The entire process was rushed and they were not busy at all!! So disappointed.

I have been going to this salon for years. Today, I went with my cousin for pedicures. The tech I had was hateful from the get go and rushed through my pedicure. Hot stone massage didn't happen. The stones were used to rub the oil and lotion on my legs only. It was the worst pedicure I have ever had there. Not a happy repeat customer!!!

I took my 11 year old daughter on a Mommy-daughter weekend and made mani-pedis our first activity. We live about 45 minutes away in a town with no nail salon, so I figured no matter what, it would be a treat.Unfortunately, that was not the case. We found the staff to be curt and unpleasant--particularly the person doing my daughter's nails. It's as though they didn't want repeat business.My daughter had planned to have alternating red/white/gold polish on her nails (regular polish, not gel, and no design). But apparently, a third color is a bridge too far, and they wanted to charge extra for it.To top all this off, not even 24 hours after our visit, the polish is chipping on my daughter's nails. But I guess that's what happens when nail polish is watered down with polish remover...I'm glad many have enjoyed their experience, but this salon certainly hasn't earned our business or our endorsement.
