“The only employee I saw during my entire visit was a young gentleman named Carl. He was friendly, helped when he saw I couldn’t carry much more in my arms and then helped carry everything out to my car. He went above and beyond for someone who was in a rush and came in right before closing. Not many people would do that these days.”

“Dollar General always good this one got a drainage dish right out front with really flat rocks and you can go skip them you can skip rocks and they pawn while you wait on your girl and her mom at the store it's really nice they got a tree growing out to set the sewer thing that's all right it looks very Christmas Eve very Evergreen light they got a lot of construction going on they had a lot of construction going on make sure you safe make sure you safe”

“Me and my family visit this Dollar General regularly. The staff is normally quite friendly and they normally keep the place pretty well stocked and tidy. There are times when opening another register would be helpful, especially when there is a line. Otherwise all is good when it's not too busy.”

“Dude working with the Nike sweatshirt is awesome. He was friendly and helpful with every customer and even assisted someone get some things loaded into their car. He actually moves around and works. “Umm...super stoked now that I got Faygo soda in Rock&Rye, and Grape flavors!! We are from Michigan so Faygo was a big deal growing up, especially when we went camping, go on picnics or trips to the park with mom and dad! We kids couldn’t get enough, and all our friends wanted to play at our house for the beloved soda. Best childhood ever!!!”

“I don't understand why Dollar General only has the self check for card only going most times are they trying to eventually go to robotics. Well that's not going to work. The latest clerks, I guess I should get his and her names, are always helpful and ALWAYS busy working the store but l what I appreciate most of all, is their patience, not just with others but especially with me. I'm learning to manage a walker at times and he's a sweetheart and always so helpful. That's the DG at the corner of Carl Vinson. Overall I've not had any terrible experiences at DG and I love the convenience of it all right along with most of the pricing. Household items could use a little decrease ?. Bleach is outrageous but are pod. 2 Thumbs up DG ????”

“I am pleased this Family Dollar is very close to my home. Have shopped there for over a year. It has been remodeled and am pleased with new layout, more to choose from and more food items are available. It was a transition period to move everything around and stock shelves. BUT I understand that...shopped there yesterday and today. Managers are VERY NICE and employees willing to help. Some people just love to gripe, complain and criticize...some couldn't please them no matter what. I love this store being near because with health problems and at age 74...am blessed to have it very close by my home.Know this is lengthy, BUT wanted to voice my opinion after reading so many ugly posts. You've gotta show yourself friendly because IF you gripe and have a bad attitude, then it is seen by others.DUH, don't think anyone has held a gun to anyone's head and forced them to enter the door and shop there!!! I know it hasn't happened to me; but I go there because I like the store and it's convenience.”

“Only reason i couldnt give em 5 stars is because there were several items that were out of place(snack bags in the toiletry aisle, soda bottle in the school supply aisle, etc...pretty normal for a FD or DG though. Other than that, i loved their selection of just about everything. Didnt catch the cashiers name but she was polite and an expert at bagging! Too many times you check out at some places and they are putting deodorant and motor oil with a pack of meat or bags of chips. Went in just to get a folder and post it notes and ended up walking out with 15 bucks worth of snacks lol. My main downfall is I can never go a dollar store and only get what is on my list. A real plus is its only a mile from my house. Will return!”
