All employees at this pharmacy I’ve encountered are great! They always have a smile and a bit of personalization. Especially Kason and the cute curly red head! Thank you guys for the great service you provide!!

The staff is so kind and work so hard. You can tell their workload is heavy, so to remain so professional and give great customer service is great to see.

How ironic that Kroger's Covid-19 individual at-home test kits are made in China!Maybe that's why they are on sale

I picked up an RX, had 4 other otc meds and two grocery items. Elizabeth was the cashier (that was the name on the receipt). She first said she didn’t have any bags for my items, I said that was fine I could carry them. She then proceeded to tell me, “well we can’t ring up more than 5 items.” I didn’t argue. I got my RX and continued to the front register.Need I say more?

I love this Kroger Marketplace concept. It is truly a "one-stop shopping" experience. When I first walked in, it was nothing like the Kroger I'm accustomed to, which is just a grocery store. This place has an actual bar that sells wine and beer, plus they have 2 tv's to watch the game on. There is a Starbucks located next to the Marketplace entrance. They sell shoes and clothes that you can try on in the dressing room. Also, like most local Kroger's, they have a housewares section, but this one includes small appliances. We recently moved to the area, and there are so many things you realize you need but don't feel like going to a bunch of stores to get. During my grocery shopping stop, I was also able to get things like contact paper for the cabinets, decorations for the house, and makeup. Their seafood department always has fresh seafood and a nice selection. The produce department usually has fresh fruits and vegetables. I'm so glad that this is my local Kroger, and I don't have to travel far to get basically everything I need during one trip.

Waited patiently for a week for a medication. Finally called and asked what happened and they said they could not get it. First why was I the one to have to call you. Second, Kroger I said large you could not check other phamacys in your area. This isn't a specialty medication or a controlled substance. I also understand things happen but you couldn't be even slightly proactive for me. I will not fill my medications here ever again.

Went to get a covid variant vac, with an appt. They seemed to be quite short on staff. I was sent three different places to wait in line. The girl that took the info to get people set up for their was extremely slow. I waited 25 min at the window. I have already put all the info in the computer when I made the appt. The Kroger on Russell gets you in and out quickly. This one on 96, oh my word, I was there for a full hour for something that should have taken 15-20 min. Kroger shame on you for not staffing your pharmacy with enough Pharmacists, and the techs that work back their need more training. I was even given paperwork to take to go wait in another line, with someone else name and medical info on it. So that made me wait even longer, to get the right paperwork. A big hot mess.

There is currently A-line of people waiting at the drive-thru. I have been in line over 30 minutes and the 1st car just moved. Not only is that ridiculous, it's downright stupid to let one car hold up 10 more for over 30 minutes. It also took 5 hours to get a bottle of antibiotics because apparently my prescription was stuck in the pill counting machine and nobody noticed. I will be transferring all my prescriptions to Publix.

This pharmacy is ridiculous. They are always behind and never have prescriptions in a timely manner. The people working there are rude. I will NEVER use this pharmacy again.

This place is great! I love the seafood counter and their large selection of cold beverages for those times when I want to grab a quick drink but I don't drink caffeine. There are so many caffeine free options. This is a huge deal for those of us who don't drink caffeinated beverages or soda or just want a break from caffeine but need something other than water and sweet lemonade drinks. I've seen criticism about having to bag your own grocery. I've never experienced that. Maybe because I never think to bag my own if I'm in a full service cashier line. I just wait until the bagger comes over....who knew I was to bag my own... There's a Starbucks here, deli counter, ready to heat dinner in the deli AND a bar!! Yep, you can get a DRANK in Kroger!!! No other Krogers in this city have anything on this Kroger! It's a cool place to shop!

I Was struggling to lift and turn the water to scan in self check out. Then I looked over and saw the young man watching me struggle. He was holding the scan gun in his hand! I said you see me struggling and haven't offered to help me? He said he had to be asked for help. He said they cannot help without being asked. I was the only one in self checkout. Bad customer service!!! Young generation no respect for elders . Shame on you.

If I could give negative stars I would. I called the pharmacy today to inquire why I only received a limited number of pills on a 90 day supply since no one explained that to me at pick up. The girl explained why, but then I asked her a general question about requesting a different manufacturer of the generic medication I am using because it doesn’t work. I previously spoke to another employee there and she said I would need to speak to my doctor about requesting that. I tried to explain to girl on the phone that my doctor was confused as to what documentation to submit because my insurance doesn’t cover the brand name and we were not requesting a brand name, just a different manufacturer of the same generic. She was extremely rude, clearly didn’t understand what i was asking for and gave me the same answer as she previously had. I wasn’t confused, I was asking what specifically did my doctor need to submit per KROGER requirements and she got all huffy and put me on hold, then came back and I asked to speak to a pharmacist. The pharmacist then tells me she heard the conversation and didn’t think the employee was rude, that she couldn’t breathe because she just got back from being out sick with Covid. No, ma’am. She was rude and had an attitude and if she can’t breathe, then why is she at work!

I do not understand the negative reviews! Everyone here is always pleasant, helpful, and understanding. The staff is always running around, it’s like a bee hive back there. This is one of the busiest krogers in the state so take that into account when you call them slow.

The pharmacy tech Jackie is very rude. Her tone is matter of fact and condescending. Then she tries to be nice nasty. Everyone else is pleasant when I go in there but she always has an attitude. If she doesn't want to work then she should stay home. People have enough to deal with especially if we are sick then deal with a rude employee
