The front counter staff and my mail carrier Tameka immediately helped resolve this issue and get us our mail. I am thankful for their help and great customer service even when we showed up very frustrated and upset. Thank you for your patience, kindness and understanding.”

“Went in and was looking to grab a package transferred from UPS. Worked with Mario who was innovated with customers and if I’m going to give a negative review, it’s for the people he had to deal with. He stayed professional as did the postmaster when the issues flowed over to him. In the end, he grabbed my package for me and remained professional while customers were a little on edge for the things outside of his control. Well done Mario and Bonaire post office.”
