By far the worst pharmacy I have ever been too. I interacted with 3 different people at the pharmacy and not a single one was nice or even pleasant. They were out of 4 of the 6 medications we needed and were incredibly unhelpful at trying to get them elsewhere. Also, 1 of the prescriptions was for an ear infection that was called in at 11AM this morning and it is now almost 4PM and the lady told me it would be another 20 minutes at least when I was here once already this afternoon! Do not get your prescriptions filled here if you want an easy or even not incredibly difficult experience.

Pharmacy at this location takes longer than others. The pharm tech was rude when I called today to see if my prescription was ready. It’s been over 3 hours of waiting.

This is my neighborhood Publix where I almost exclusively shop, so it's unfortunate to have this happen.My wife suffered a traumatic medical event and was prescribed some pain medication for pain management by a local Emergency Room, 7 miles away from this pharmacy.When I went to drop off the paper prescription for my wife, they said the prescription was invalid because it was "electronically printed" and not "wet" signed, as in, signed by a pen.They cited some law, which I looked up on my phone, and the first thing I found about controlled substance distribution in Georgia was that electronic prescriptions are in fact valid. However, the pharmacist, Rustin, had a different interpretation of the law.His only solution was for me to return to the hospital to get it properly signed.The next day, after my wife spent the night in agonizing pain, I returned to the hospital and explained what the pharmacy had said. They sort of laughed and asked why the Publix pharmacy didn't just call them for verification? I said, "That's a great question!"A few minutes later, the hospital had some OTHER doctor wet sign over the previous electronic signature from the actual doctor that treated my wife. The doctor added no information, details, or written explanation. Just a blue signature.I brought that back to Publix and miraculously, the prescription was now "valid". They told me, "it'll be ready in 30 minutes" and nothing else.I went about my grocery shopping for maybe 2-3 minutes tops before my wife texted and said she received an automated call from Publix indicating her prescription was ready.So, do they just say "30 minutes" for everything, no matter what? Like robots? Why did they have me walk away if they knew it would only take 180 seconds to fill it?When I tried to pick it up, the pharmacy clerk, Kesha, was super rude. She acted shocked to see me again so soon."You're here to pick up the prescription you just dropped off??" she asked, somewhat confused."Yes, they called my wife!" I replied.Then she asked to see *my* drivers license. This has never been asked of me when picking up my wife's medication before, and would have been helpful if they could have told me that when I dropped it off 3 minutes prior. This required me to make a third trip back to the store.Looking back, there was absolutely nothing stopping me on the original try from just going out to my car, scribbling on a fake signature with a pen on the prescription, and then going back into the pharmacy. Nothing about their request to have it be "wet signed" stopped any kind of fraud or abuse, as they never bothered to even check the new signature against the old signature or ask any questions. They could have also phoned the hospital for verification the first time, but refused. It felt like they simply wanted to make my wife's life more difficult and put her through more pain.This pharmacy team clearly has poor internal communication, misogynistic leadership, and overall terrible guest service skills.

RX sent in at 8:10am. They open at 9am, came at 9:10am to pick-up and they tell me It will be an hour for an antibiotic…..

Fast service at this pharmacy and good customer service. The drive through is a narrow turn with a large vehicle, F-250 size or larger should go into the store for service; that's not a knock on the pharmacy, just a comment on the design layout. :) Staff is always very friendly.

I was at the store today and found everything we needed as always ! As we know it’s very hot right now . I was trying to get my toddler in her car seat and my mom in the car and load up groceries and I was struggling. An associate named Sam came to help right away . He was very funny and refused a tip and trust me , we TRIED! I also tried to help him and he told me to get in the car for the ac . People like him are the reason we will keep coming back . His name tag said he had been there since 2020 which means he started at the beginning of the pandemic . To be working a job that I’m sure has been extremely stressful he sure does love it . Thank you again Sam for your help ! We’ll see ya soon

I think I can confidently say I've shopped at every publix in the area and sadly this is the only one I've never had an issue with. Each department is friendly and always helpful when I come in. From Pete in the bakery, Kavin in the deli, and Alex from meat. Those three have been super helpful to my shopping experience. You go Bonaire Publix! You rock!
