I came in with a pc I had just built needing help with trouble shooting it. The pc was built correctly and everything was plugged in but for whatever reason it wouldnt turn on. The manager got it to turn on after taking it apart and putting it back together, and now my pc is working. The staff put in a lot of hard work to ensure my pc was correct, and their customer service was 10/10. They answered all my questions and taught me more about computers which I appreciate. This is a local business you should support.

I am convinced this store is incapable of returning electronics in functioning order and is unable to do anything within a reasonable time frame. I gave them a laptop to fix the screen, it was returned to me with a fried logic board. They said they fixed the board, but when I got it back it still didn't work. I decided to try and sell it to them instead and the general manager was unable to provide any portion of the money we agreed on even 3 weeks after we made the deal (mind you, this store had my laptop since spring and it is now October). This store will not contact you even if they say they will. One star is too generous of a rating for them. Do not trust them with your electronics.

I have given this business several chances! They replace my screen without notice and charged me for it. I had the return to get the plastic left in my cooling fan taken out. They lied many times about replacing my battery. They would keep my laptop for WEEKS WITHOUT COMMUNICATING. I would have to initiate communication or drop by the store for updates. There’s always an excuse or I was told WE FORGOT WHAT THAT PART WAS FOR.
To wrap this review up, do not waste your time nor risk them causing MORE PROBLEMS to your computers/devices! I had to find another business to fix my issues and PAY MORE MONEY. 👎👎👎

Went in with issues pertaining to my gaming laptop and Brayden was very charismatic and provided wonderful service and I got my laptop back and fixed within the day.

Scammers! They will ruin your computer,raise the final price at pickup, and lie and again and again about fixing problems they caused! Do not go to this shop. You will end up paying another shop what they were supposed to fix and the PROBLEMS QuickStop ADDED! The $75 dollars doesn’t go towards your total cost FYI.

Well I remember vividly giving my hard earned money to this establishment. I will continue telling friends, family, and acquaintances to never do business with QuickStop!

I didn't get a service done because my glass was a special order, and I was just visiting for the weekendbut the employee was very informative and gave me a few places to check. Very nice employee.

It's been 9-10 months since they had my computer. Idk what's going on. No one ever answer the phone when I call. I was told that the wrong part was order 2-3 times. How many times does it take to get the right parts for my macbook
Update: They've had my computer for over two years, broke it and said there's nothing they can do. Wont even give it back to me.

Do not come here with custom PC parts.
Do not come here if you want any customer service. They said they would call, but I had to initiate every single contact, and it took them over 3 months to diagnose what was wrong with my PC, they never called me once.
Do not trust their word for anything. They took 4 days to install a brand new CPU.
Lazy and untrustworthy.
Product was still faulty 2 times after they said it was fixed.

Took my IMac in for a stuck DVD in September 2022. They messed up the display during repair. Long story short…didn’t get my Mac back until Jan 2023, wrong hard drive, mp4s no longer play. Terrible experience. Will never go back :(

We gave them another chance. Then they never called number 1 to update us about our computer that was crack. When we call they used this excuse we were about to call you. Then when it said it will be ready. They said give us another 20 min to come back. Then after that when we got the computer they promised us a discount. They tried not to used it until we said no you promised a discount!!! Totally not recommending this place never coming back here!!!
