“I love Publix's bakery. I get all our birthday cakes there. Last week I ordered a sheet cake for my granddaughter's birthday. I showed up to collect my cake and the lady in the bakery told me there's no cake in my name. Luckily, I brought the pink slip with me. The lady apologized half-heartedly and said the cake decorator left at 10. How am I supposed to show up to the party with no cake!!! I had to get one of the generic frozen cakes. What a disappointment for my 6 year-old.”
