I will never use UPS again. Paid over $100 for overnight shipping for a legal real estate transaction. Not only was it not overnighted so we had to re-do all the closing paperwork again and reschedule, but I have been calling almost every day for a week now trying to get reimbursed and I still can't seem to get anyone to help. Every rep I get on the phone says I have to wait and call back the next day for some reason or other. Let alone the insane amount of prompts and hoopla they put you through just to speak to a real human being. Their online claim only allows you to submit for lost or damaged packages so you have to call them for anything else. Ridiculous.

Don’t bother trying to print anything on special paper here. The only thing this store is capable of is printing on regular paper. I wanted invitations printed on card stock with a 4 x 6 or a 5 x 7 size. The employer could not get the printer to work correctly and referred me to Staples.

The staff member, Mr McCullough was helpful in helping me select the best packaging for my item. My packages alway arrive on time and in pristine condition. Job well done.

Seems like they got new staff. Was treated nicely when I needed help shipping a package. As a regular I used to always experience sub par customer service but today I was treated way better than usual.

They charged me $2.50 to print a shipping label that was already paid for.

I went in to print black and white documents on standard office paper. I'm assuming I'm going pay somewhere between .25 cents or so a page. Library is 10 cents.
$1.50 page, my 12 pages of black and white text cost me $19.26
This store got my $19.26, which earned them a 1 star for their insane pricing. As someone that worked in marketing the money you made from me wasn't worth it.

I've ALWAYS received the most impressive customer service at this location! It's usually quick and seamless when I need to return items. The last time they even had an extra box to use verses the plastic bag at no cost! Very impressive and loyal employees you have there...they deserve a bonus!

This UPS is by far one of the most unorganized stores I have ever dealt with. The owner took our order verbally, then refused to refund when our flyers were printed out wrong. Not to mention, it took them 3 days to figure out how to use the printing feature on the computer.
