“We started taking our Coco to Critter Fixer recently, after moving to the area. It is important that wherever we take our fur baby, they also offer boarding. Unfortunately, Coco has digestive issues, and if we ever have to board him, we would rather have him at a veterinary hospital that is familiar with his medical needs. The staff is always friendly, and the veterinarians take their time when telling us exactly what needs to be done to keep our little one in the best health. My husband and I had a couple of occasions outside of Coco's annual visits where our pup needed medical care, and Critter Fixer was able to accommodate us within hours. Their boarding service is reasonably priced, and they even take the dogs on daily walks during boarding so they can get some exercise. I'm not sure what the boarding facilities look like, but I will say that my Coco did not seem traumatized after his stay, so it must have been decent. My only issue is that it is not easy to get them on the phone. They have a phone service that answers and will try to transfer you, and if no one answers, they take a message and have the office call you back. Since we live about 10 minutes away, usually my husband will drive to their office to schedule appointments, but it is definitely inconvenient and annoying. Overall, we are pleased with the service and glad to have a place to take our fur baby for all his needs.”

“I ha e watched this show since it started. I love the show and I love animals. I will be traveling the 3 hours from my home one just to come out and see this place and the owners!!!!! My daughter want to be a vet when she go to college and I can't wait till she do. Iam in school for marine biology and love it! I hope to someday drive out and meet everyone.”

“Our elderly cat began suddenly having urinary issues. Southwood was able to get us in same day with Dr. Lieske, a new provider to us. She was wonderful! Thorough, appropriate care. She called with lab results as she had said she would. I have never been disappointed with Southwood.”

“I just came across Southwood when my sister's dog got out and unfortunately got hit by a car... The authorities took her to Southwood and they rendered care of her injuries ..broken hip.. and injured leg... As my sister found her, she was coming out of surgery at Southwood and what a wonderful job they did! They took great care of her and she has healed wonderfully!
So I decided to take Mike. Extremely allergic allergy baby shih Tzu to them after 8 years of extreme allergy breakouts, ups and downs back and forth ear infection after ear infection. And finally after 8 years we found a great regimen together and we have great for 3 months now !! I'm ecstatic !
And I also took My boxer Poney to Southwood last week Poney had recently started having seizures but with a safe small dose of meds..everyone's doing great now! No breakouts, no seizures! And I can't say Thank you enough. I appreciate the staff at Southwood animal hospital! They have been a wonderful hand in helping me maintain a happy and healthy fur family.. Greatly recommend!”

“My 15 year old Chihuahua was at end of life but still fighting. The staff was compassionate and understanding when I told them "as long as he is fighting I will fight with him". When time came that he could fight no more they held me as I cried and said good bye. Cheeka was awesome as Chihuahua whisperer. Dr. Pace and Gentry were amazing. For someone who travels for a living I was lucky to find them. Thanks Town and Country my next vet's as I travel are going to be held to a much higher standard. God bless y'all.”

Today we went to this awsome Dr that gave clarification on her condition he didn't give her A shot he gave her an antibiotic and she is resting and relaxing something she hasn't done in A very long time
And the staff is so nice
We won't be going anywhere else ever again

“finding the right vet for your babies is not easy, but once i came here for the first time i knew this was the only place i would go for future needs. you can tell they truly are trying to help and not charge a crazy amount for your appointment/ meds needed. dr. dorough has been so kind and helpful each time i have brought my dog here and relieved all of my stress. they are affordable, kind, helpful, and quick! i highly recommend this office for your babies.
