“Raining like crazy and needed new wiper blades. Came in and was greeted immediately. I went over to the wiper blade aisle and the young man behind the counter came out and recommended, despite what the chart said, it was always better to measure the old blades to ensure fit. He offered to go outside in the heavy rain, pull the old blades off, measure them and then install the new ones, saying "That's what we're here for!" I could have done it - but it would have taken me longer and he had a jacket and I didn't. So I let him. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Bowdon may be getting an Autozone but we sure don't need one... not with ASC around. Thanks for keeping me dry today!”
“Gary seems to be the most knowledgeable diesel repairman I have found. I take my Ford 7.3l to him for repairs. Gary is a good, honest mechanic who stands behind his work. I highly recommend this garage for dependable repairs.”

“Gerald Thompson is one of the nicest, most genuine people I know. To say that he is friendly and honest is an understatement. He and his team go above and beyond what I would expect from customer service.
I have never had a complaint about the work that I have had done at this shop, and since all of my cars are 100,000 miles plus, I usually have to go see him a couple of times per year for something. I have been using Thompson Automotive for YEARS, and would have gone somewhere else a long time ago if I had not been satisfied with their work, or felt like I was being treated in a dishonest manner.”

“I love this place. David and his staff are the definition of what customer service should be. They are professional and friendly on top of taking care of any tire related issue that I have ever had.
As an example, I had a flat that I found on the weekend when they were closed, and so I took my car to another place that was open. After waiting for a long time, they told me that they couldn't fix my tire because the hole was on the side wall. Their only option was for me to order a tire.
I took it to Bowdon Tire on Monday morning and David's guys said that they could not plug the sidewall leak, but they could patch it, which they did, even after I told them what the other business said about me needing a new tire. What I'm trying to say is that they had the perfect opportunity to sell me a tire, and perhaps make more money, but they did not.”
