Love the people at this location. I believe your service has improved. Still need to hire more help in the pharmacy. The folks back there is always busy and stopping what they are pro to help you. They are kind and helpful. Especially Lorie! she is one of your best assets. Also Megan upfront is a Great also But they are busting their butt every time I go in my the store. Thor is great too !

Pharmacy is terrible. Very rude everytime I pick up. They don’t open at 8 am as they say they do.

This store is always clean. The employees are polite and friendly.
No issues with this store and I been shopping at it for many years.

This place is a joke The pharmacy is the one I'm talking about the people don't know what they are doing they have messed so many people prescriptions up and that's nothing to be messing up like the do and very rude the one that is in charge back there is very unqualified and needs to go home anyone that thinks about going to use them don't because they or a joke

Not worth the one star! Elderly parents started using this pharmacy because it’s close to home. In the past 4 months, they send messages that prescription is ready for pick up, get there and not ready. Have had to wait 1.5 hours on a prescription that was called in a week before, still not ready! I’ve been hung up on more than once and the rudeness inconsiderate incompetence and total unprofessional behavior of the pharmacy staff is unacceptable and could require bail money for next to nothing! I will never again use Bowdon ga CVS nor will anyone in my inner circle! Truly pathetic

5 stars for the front end manager and associates. They are so friendly and helpful. They work hard and I feel like CVS as a corporate company works their employees to the extreme with no gratitude for their employees. On the survey it asked is everything in stock at a particular store, well, I answered yes because here’s the thing CVS corporate will not that store for not having something live on the corporate office not the local store so I give the store in the associates, the front in associate five stars. I love them there.

Went to the pharmacy today because I had an appointment to get second moderna shot that was scheduled a month ago. Only to be told I couldn't get it because they were closing early, I have a flight in the morning and had to have it. The pharmacist told me if I had issues call the cvs hotline, which I did and the lady on phone told me to go back in. That the pharmacy doesn't close until 6. My appointment was at 4, I arrived at 345. The pharmacist said she wasn't dealing with me. After all was said and done I was rescheduled to bremen and that's where ill go from now on!

Always good service. Bowdon is out of the way for me, but, in particular the pharmacy and it’s staff, worth the drive to be taken care of like family.

I had to go to the bathroom I was waiting on an antibiotic to get filled and found the bathroom and especially the toilet absolutely disgusting. There just happened to be tissues and bleach in the bathroom so I went ahead and cleaned the toilet myself before using it.

This place is a joke of a pharmacy. Don’t go if you expect competent people that know enough to answer simple questions or be able to fill all of your prescriptions, not just 1/3 of them.
