I switched to Johnsons Pharmacy because the other drug store doesn't cover Medicare any longer. And that's important in a small town like Bowdon , What else can you do, CVS Pharmacy has very rude personnel. Don't like being insulted. So Johnsons, my go-to place for my meds. I've only come across one problem. They couldn't get my eye drops in. Took 4 days waiting, but other than that, they are very friendly and helpful.

I called with "what was an emergency to me". And the lady was so kind and immediately started working on getting my medicine transferred from cvs. Instead of a 3-4 day wait through cvs I got my medicine in a few hours.

I swapped to Johnson Pharmacy a few months ago and I’m so glad I did! They are so easy to deal with, send me text updates when my prescriptions are ready, and always so friendly when I go in to pick up! I definitely recommend a small town pharmacy!!

Truly professional and friendly staff.They were wonderful in helping us fix the disaster caused by Walgreens selling out to CVS who said they don't honor Blue Cross so drop dead.If all businesses would remember that customers are essential to being profitable we'd be better off.
