During the covid epidemic, this was the only veterinarian office that would see our older dog. We have been going here since then. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The veterinarian is honest and straightforward. They see all three of our fur babies and take great care of them. We are grateful and very happy ?

I’ve never had issues there other than when I brought one dog in with a serious inner ear infection and had to convince the vet it wasn’t parvo (he even insisted on testing and was wrong). But after what happened to Rusty and being told the new office manger told me not to come back (didn’t speak to them directly, was told that by lady on the phone), I’m pretty upset. Rusty looked exactly the same when he left, the vet never said “make sure wound is open” or give any suggestions to keep it open. In fact I suggested drawing salve & he just agreed, then when I came back a different day & said it was worse (when I got puppies tails docked), I was charged more for meds I didn’t receive and they gave me needles to put into his neck to let it drain.That didn’t help so I just brought him to another vet, paid $300 for a drain tube & he looked better within a day.The lady I spoke to on the phone said southland vet didn’t believe in drain tubes and said he told me to keep it open, which he didn’t and didn’t suggest how to (and I’m not a vet). In fact he said to not poke it myself. Then she said the new office manager said not to come back & just go to the other vet I used.The new manager is downright hateful and has raised the prices dramatically. BEWARE, THEIVES AND SCAMMERS, take your pets somewhere safe

I have not had a bad experience with them yet. Every part of their staff is wonderful. The receptionist are on the ball and so inviting. The techs have a ton of knowledge and really care about your pets and the vet is great because he is non judgmental about how you want your pet treated. He gives you all options and lets you do what you need to do. Their pricing so far has been very affordable. They made accommodations for immediate needs. They are a great choice. They also service all types of animals.
