“I love this place. David and his staff are the definition of what customer service should be. They are professional and friendly on top of taking care of any tire related issue that I have ever had.

As an example, I had a flat that I found on the weekend when they were closed, and so I took my car to another place that was open. After waiting for a long time, they told me that they couldn't fix my tire because the hole was on the side wall. Their only option was for me to order a tire.

I took it to Bowdon Tire on Monday morning and David's guys said that they could not plug the sidewall leak, but they could patch it, which they did, even after I told them what the other business said about me needing a new tire. What I'm trying to say is that they had the perfect opportunity to sell me a tire, and perhaps make more money, but they did not.”

“This young man cared for my husband and me as if we were family. Our brake had seized up while we were traveling to Wedowee.
The tire and metal were almost smoking it was so hot. He stopped what he was in the middle of working on to repair/replace the caliper. It took a while just to get it cool enough to touch. The parts store delivered the wrong part and he had to wait on the correct part to be delivered. He was so patient and kind to us.

A local customer came up for service while we were there. He offered to give us a ride somewhere or go get us some water.

My heart is so full of the kindness we were shown in this community yesterday. May I never forget and always PAY IT FORWARD.

We could tell he was proud of his business. Everything was so neat and clean. As we were checking out, we noticed on his counter a note that says "TAKE ONE". It was a stack of printed Bible verses. Ours read....

“I’ve been going here for YEARS, I have always recommended people I know to come here. I really enjoy the conversations we have while he fixes or changes my tires. I feel he’s very fair and trustworthy. Anytime I go get some tires I’ll go pick out whichever I think look good, and he’ll show me some that are in even better shape, even when the ones I spot are good enough he always tries to make sure you leave his shop with the best tire possible on your vehicle. And as for the conversations, I’ve stayed there a hour or so after he finished my tires just to keep the conversation going a few times. Just a real down to earth man with plenty of good tires for sale lol highly recommended”
