I had a pickup scheduled. Drove 6 hours here counting on this rental and they are closed. Won't answer the phone and won't answer customer service.

They made renting a uhaul so easy. Very pleasant people.

Didn't get the truck I paid for, they forgot to leave the keys in the drop box's for me even after I paid for it than had to drive across town to get another one than didn't have the hand trucks that I paid extra for than wanted to charge me more money
