I’m not a picky/prissy person when it comes to my hair (although I was spoiled by friends in the industry), but when I go to a salon, show a pic, and say “I would like this cut”, I expect them to either say “no”, “yes”, “sure, but I think xxx style would look better on you”. However they want to respond. I’ve been in GA since 2020 and have gone to 2 salons (gave them both a second chance). I liked a stacked angled bob. Seems like a pretty common cut. Mind you, I’ve been trying to get a stacked angled bob for 4 years. Nonetheless, all 4 times I asked for this cut, showed a pic, and they said “sure”. Well, I basically got a trim every time and the stylists beach waved my hair I guess to make it look bobbed?
My aunt goes to Cache Salon and raves about their stylists, specifically Michelle. TBH my aunt is in her 60s and I was thinking that this salon may not be trendy, but since I have failed 4x I decided to go for it. I had an appointment tonight and let me tell you how thrilled I am to finally have a stacked angled bob! I was at the point where I was seriously considering flying to FL to have my peeps do my hair. I showed Michelle a pic and she was like “easy peasy”. And guess what - she did a phenomenal job and I didn’t have to sit in the chair for hours! Everyone there was super friendly and Michelle was super accommodating (I told her about my previous experiences, which I try not to do because I don’t want the stylist to think I’m a PITA, but she made me feel comfortable). She said “I’m going to cut it and if you want anything changed you let me know.” I don’t think I’ve ever had a stylist say that. Even better - it was perfect! Praise the lawd that I finally found a spot because I do enjoy getting my hair done. Bonus: they have a massage therapist too! And a lash gal! I don’t do the latter, but I’m stoked about the massage therapist.
Long, but honest review, so I hope this was worth reading. I absolutely, 💯 recommend this salon!
PS: the only reason the price is $80-$100 is because I included tip. Cost of the cut wasn’t in that range.

I wouldn't recommend Cache Salon to anyone who values genuine customer service and care.
It was clear that their sole priority is profiting from customers, not providing quality service or ensuring customer satisfaction.
The lack of empathy and understanding from the staff was staggering. They showed no willingness to work with me or find a solution that didn't involve draining my wallet further.

I have been going here for more than a decade . Every single stylist I have had has been excellent and so professional. I have been to Michelle, (the owner), Brandi, Christy, Jenny, and Tabitha, who have all gone over and above to listen and also to give good advice. Allyssa is wonderful as well!!!
As for the salon itself, it has a very warm and welcoming energy. I also really love Tori , who is the esthetician!!!

I love treating myself when I'm traveling for work and was suggested Cache amongst a few other options by the hotel I'm staying at. (Chateau Elan) the front desk didn't know personally which was the best option so I just went to the closest one. Originally I had a time crunch and needed to be seen immediately and unfortunately was unable to be seen but I got lucky and my meeting got pushed back so Roxy at the front desk was so helpful and called up the stylist, Stephanie, to see if she would be willing to see me after her scheduled appointment in a few minutes. She was and I was able to come back to get my blowout!! Now, all of this information is important because Roxy was so accommodating but Stephanie was an absolute PLEASURE. We chatted the whole time and had a little ball together. She was so friendly and sweet and truly made my day. She even trimmed and styled my hair!!! I am obsessed with Cache forever and would give 100 stars if I could. Salon was also clean, cute lighting and the comfiest waiting area with select mini products suggested by the stylists, a lovely touch. Overall, Cache is THE salon in Braselton if you are visiting and Stephanie is the best for a beautiful blowout and a fun chat. Thank you x a million!!

My first visit today was with Jenne. She is fabulous she took her time and past my expectations of what I thought I wanted for the first time in many years I feel pretty. Would definitely recommend this salon.

Cache offers a great experience with a highly trained staff. The salon is very well appointed and has a luxurious feel and relaxing atmosphere. From the minute you walk in you’re treated like a friend. When I first stepped into the salon, my hair was looking ragged and it was aging my appearance. My stylist, Jenne, worked with me to create a look that not only improved my appearance but has improved the quality of my hair, as well. Give Cache a try when you’re ready for your next salon visit.
