I went today for the first time and I really enjoyed it. I had Nancy for my pedicure and she was super nice and I really got what I wanted, which is rare when you just walk in with a picture. I will definitely be back and asking for Nancy!

I made the very hard choice to switch nails salons, had been going to the same lady for 16 years, I am so fortunate that I stumbled into citi nails.... I always leave happy, and satisfied. Nancy always listens to what I want and isnt just a nail tech, shes a artist... shes my become my friend that I get to see every few weeks!! Everything is so clean, and sanitary. The BEST part, everything lasts! The nails don't lift, the polish doesn't chip... citinails is quality from the service to the services, Highly recommend anyone and everyone to come in and meet my friend Fancy Nancy and make that switch!!

My friend n I were there yesterday to get our nail done, After waiting an hour we got our nails done and after a couple hours one of my nails just popped off. Not even that as my friend was getting her nails done one of the nails wasn’t holding. Now i’m going down to the beach with one nail missing?

I have been coming to this salon for almost two years now, and always had a great experience. Last week I went in to get the Gel nails, which I have gotten multiple times from this salon. Not even 24 hours later, 2 nails pop off. I am not rough on my hands and had not worked or cleaned stuff within those 24 hours. I went back the next day to get them fixed due to me having a graduation that following morning ( the whole reason I got my nails done). They weren't all working, and had two people waiting. One od the workers asked what I needed, I told her and she told me that they were too busy to help me that day. Keep in mind this was 3 hours before they even closed. she told me to come back the next morning, and I told her very nicely that I couldn't do that graduation and I really needed them gel back on. she said sorry and walked off. I paid 70 dollars for these nails to fall off not even 24 hours later. I will not be returning to this salon due to how I was treated and the quality of the services. Please be warned before you spend your hard working money here

Nancy is a rude employer. Former employee requested to get tax paperwork, but when the information was incorrect and asked to get it corrected, the employer proceeded to then scream, yell, and kick the former employer out without getting the corrected paperwork. Unprofessional attitude when it come's to correctly reporting tax documentation.
