I had such a great experience with this body shop! From start to finish, they were punctual, professional, and incredibly helpful. The entire process couldn’t have been easier. Professional service and team. Alfred had my parts ordered and car repaired same week. Was extremely impressed with the extra measure he took to clean and vacuum my vehicle. The extra attention to detail was extremely appreciated! I will continue to refer business to Wrens!

Deer hit my wife’s car in late December and Wren’s was recommended by several colleagues at work. Initial repairs took about 3 weeks time and Ally H kept us posted every step of the way. Communication was great throughout. Anytime we emailed, Ally wrote back quickly with the information we requested and we appreciate that very much.
After picking up the vehicle we noticed a couple issues that manifested themselves and which began a month-long process of trying to get the repairs & replacements completed. While that was inherently frustrating, Kevin P met with us on several occasions and was always available when we needed him to answer questions or concerns.
Everyone at Wren’s Braselton was super helpful and went out of their way to keep us informed and satisfied as best they could during a stressful process.
Thank you Kevin, Ally, Jessica and everyone else at Wren’s for guiding us through this process in a kind way.

I give Wrens Collison in Braselton a+. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. We have used them twice and pleased both times. I highly recommend Ally Hageman she is the best. She communicates well and will keep you updated. She is very easy to work with. If you need a collision center give Wrens a try , you will not be disappointed.

Unfortunately hit a deer and needed a new headlight assembly and bumper for my 13’ Grand Caravan. Wrens got me in as soon as they could and were very respectful! I’m in automotive myself and i understand how long parts and painting can take but they did it very fast and still very professional! Very satisfied they even took the time to detail my front interior seats and dash. I hope I won’t have to use a collision center again but if I do it’s Wrens!

It took a while because of insurance companies, but they still got the job done. The car looks as good as the day I got it. I would recommend Wren’s Collision to all those who’ve experience a collision. 10/10

I have used Wren Collision two times. Once I had side mirror knocked off (my fault) and now it's currently at Wren's NOT MY FAULT - hit by a big truck. Will help you with what you need. The front office printed off the police report because my printer wasn't working. They were excellent in communication and I could call any time to check on progress. I will never use another Collision company. But I sure hope I won't have too!

Excellent service, very skilled workers, and incredibly flexible with doing what’s best for the customer. We took our truck in for some body repair work and they went above and beyond - also observed that it wasn’t just us getting this treatment as we waited in their lobby they were incredibly professional and polite and courteous with everyone. More than satisfied with the work compres and the time it took.

My experience with Wren’s Collision Shop was outstanding. Robert and Jessica were incredibly helpful and transparent about both the costs and the timeline for completing my vehicle. They even finished the work a week ahead of schedule, which was a huge plus.

Yesterday, I had a small accident when reversing my Honda Pilot, I didn't realize the door was still open until I hear a noise, when I heard a cracking noise on the left side. I sprained my door on the other car in the driveway, my door wasn't shutting at all, I made an appointment at Wren's Collision, I met with Kevin the manager, he was very nice, he said he can fix the problem, Kevin took my car and drove it around to the shop, I went back and waited in the office a short time , Kevin returned and gave me my keys and told me it's all set, he never charge me, I was shock and excited, I didn't believe he actually fix the problem so soon until he show me my door is opening and closing again, God was good to me again and so is Kevin, I recommend Wren's Collision of Braselton , the folks are friendly especially Kevin. Thanks Kev, you made me very happy.

This car repair shop has gone out of business and has not been updated on Google Maps. I called the previous car repair shop owner many times and did not answer the phone. I doubt why there are so many good reviews!
