Went to Dollar General in Braselton. I had a package 3ft x 1ft to return by Fedex and they refused to accept it. The two nasty ladies that worked there said they did not have space. I overheard them saying that it was to big. Only foam components from a sleep number mattress were the contents. Very light. I had to take it to another location. Rude, nasty, combative and lying employees. One regular customer saw the exchange said that is a rude woman that works here. The manager was also pathetic and supported their laziness. Took package to another FedEx and was told that they should have received the package. These employees should be fired. Worthless!

Literally call the police on me for no reason. Officer said they called because they thought I look like up to no good when I was just shopping.

11/5/2023 - arrived at 9:50pm and the doors were locked. Knocked on the door, employee looked at me and walked away. Posted close time is 10pm and I just needed one item. Do better.

The manager is always rude to me and my husband, she acts like she is hates her job! She not helpful at all. I choice not to go to this store if I can help it.

Worst Dollar General manager I have ever encountered. Several times I've been here and the price on the shelf did not match the ring price. This lady actually pretended to be there to help and instead turned the screen, hit pay now, and pressed debit and walked away. She is visibly rude and and on one occasion went to the back and refused to come out because there were two or three people there who needed her help. She is obviously in the wrong profession. Customer service is NOT her fortay.

Need more stuff on the shelves. Store basically empty n food out of date. I've checked personally with a little more management this place can be better there's one down the road a couple miles away totally different everything the way it's supposed to be.

Everytime I go to this store nothing is in the right spot or the price is ringing up wrong. Then the associates get attitude about it. Hey it is not my fault your store has things in the wrong place or the prices are marked wrong.

Don't go to this store if you need to split payment because they will tell you they can't then they will proceed to call you dumb and tell you to leave before they call the police on you. Learn to do your job and don't insult or threaten your customers. You two young ladies that did this to my fiancé should be ashamed. I hope you lose your jobs!
