We live this neighborhood, so this is “EZ” for us, like all! Never a bad experience in over 10 years, but last night we had a less than 5 star experience. I walked in, greeted the cashier man saying, “ hello friend, do you have applesauce?” He said yes, ok. I went & looked for it, he was with another customer, so I didn’t expect him to drop everything, but while I paid, he didn’t offer anything than the price per applesauce, only two on shelf, but a “ uh hmm” . He offered to bag them, I declined & thanked him & left. The owner is soooo kind as well as everyone else! Most everyone knows us by name, this man was kind to everyone else, ever other person happened to be male. Very disappointed & surprised.

Great selections. Great people. Great location. Mulberry Park would not be as good if EZ wasn't here. Super friendly with good prices. Love the convenience they provide.

These folks have done it right ! Always friendly, very clean and well stocked ! Willing to order you anything, within reason, for your next visit. Prices are great considering it is a convenience shop, a life saver when you forget some of the basics or just want to have a little treat !

Honest competitive prices. If everyone else is closed, this store is open and not there to rip you off. This store and its owner are truly part of the neighborhood.

EZ is at the entrance of mulberry and beside Jeffries. Great local store to pick up sundries and beer, drinks, ice, and ice cream bars! Well managed, Oman (sp) is super nice and recognizes repeat customers and has a plethora of things in his store including those late night needed household items you run out of at 10 and just don't want to go to publix or kroger. Serving locally for some time, EZ is a standard for the locals . Really like this place. Hard to Find if New to area- pull through Jeffries and keep going to the next building. He's in the corner. Great staff, plenty of coffees beer grocery items when needed. Great team her!!

Very friendly staff. Always clean and prices are good for a convenient store. Prices on some things are lower than Kroger. Great little store.
