This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They have already lost goods worth several thousand dollars, and after a month they still couldn’t deliver properly. Even when they do deliver, they just dump the packages on the driveway without any care — regardless of whether it’s raining or not. Completely unacceptable.

Been waiting on my package and can't get anyone on the phone, it have been delayed to today and now is saying Tuesday the 2nd I am livid I paid extra for next day delivery and that is way passed

Ordered a package from Walmart on Friday said to be delivered Saturday never showed 2 help cases and still no package. Ordered a new package on the next Friday same issue said it was out on a truck to be delivered never showed. Two packages back to back said to be on the truck for delivery that contain my kids birthday gifts that never show. This is no way to run a business. Thought this was federal express not USPS .

The absolutely worst drivers around come out of this facility. All the box trucks will cut you off, don’t use signals, tailgate and speed The dents and scratches show the pure carelessness of the drivers disregard for other people’s well being.

I hated working here, the management is scattered, training is non-existent, and be careful! Wear steel toe shoes, because you will have boxes with heavy stuff fall on your feet!

They have had my package for 7 days, and haven’t delivered yet, every time I call they assure me it going to be delivered the next day, but that does not happen, now they stopped answering my calls.

This place needs federal investigation. So many complaints, yet FedEx allows them to continue to operate. So many mysterious lost packages. Must be running an eBay scam. Wonder if the GA state senators might be interested in this. Local shippers: never ever use this FedEx facility. You’d be better off just delivering it yourself.

Forget about your package if the tracking says package arrived at Braselton, GA. Because it will never arrive home from there.

If I were in FedEx Corporate Office I would have to send someone to investigate all the package exceptions happening in Braselton GA. Why are these deliveries being held there after falsely claiming delivery attempts were made? What Vacation hold? What's happening to packages that never leave that facility? What good does it do to open a claim if you don’t ever hear back? Why aren't customer support reps equipped with better tracking resources? It's been over 2 months since FedEx stopped delivering and starting making illegitimate claims about attempted deliveries. I will reroute everything I order going through USPS and UPS. There are so many people unemployed right now, HIRE UP!

If you want something fast DO NOT let Fed Ex handle the shipping! A one (1) day shipment from Best Buy still isn't here 5 days later! On Tuesday 8/12 my package went from Ellenwood GA to Cypress TX to Meridian MS to Kennesaw GA then to Braselton GA where it was then put on the wrong truck for delivery on 8/15. According to Fed Ex customer service it was to be delivered today, 8/16, by 8:00 pm. Although, again my package hasn't been delivered & the tracking update shows the package is still in Braselton, GA.

This place is a freaking joke. My package is 3 days late and I keep getting the same BS run around. Everyday it says it’s out for delivery and then never comes. I can see from all the reviews this is happening to everyone. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB since that seems to be the only way people are getting resolutions.

I can see why this location / delivery company has terrible reviews.. Last week I had a package delivered to some other random address.... Today another package was returned to depot for inspection..... Why are companies using them....

You Guys losted my package my package last week and didnt even come-up with a solution. It was delivered to the wrong address ahen clearly the right address was on the tracking number and package smh.
