Idiot's...had barrier across new driveway. Driver drove through it to avoid walking 20 ft and damaged new driveway. Driver even drove off the edge of driveway into yard. I called to address issue but FedEx uses someone in asia to give you the run-around. So frustrating to have such poor customer service.

Horrendous. Would give 0 stars if it was possible. Packages are late. No new ETA given. They don’t answer the phone. Better off picking up a package instead of wasting days waiting for something you need to sign for. Avoid at all cost.

This location does not even deserve 1 star. They are the most unorganized and unreliable FedEx location I’ve ever seen. I dread when I use a retailer who utilizes FedEx, and this Braselton location is assigned to deliver. You will either never receive your package or it will severely be delayed. That’s majority of my packages. I’ve even had to go to the location to get my package because they lost it in their warehouse and took a while to find it. Let me mention, it was a huge rug (10x14), so not sure how that could be lost. Needless to say, I no longer use retailers that ship with FedEx because of Braselton FedEx. Corporate really needs to review ownership/management of this place. Retailers need to reconsider using them as well because it sure cost them my business. Fedex Braselton is terrible!

They keep marking our packages as vacation holds, customer requested different dates, and attempted deliver. None of these are true especially the attempted delivery...they don't care and they don't try to deliver the packages.

We consistently have problems getting packages from this hub. Maybe one out of fifty isn’t delayed the rest are. Recently they’ve started saying delivered even when they aren’t. No one returns phone calls or answers phone calls when we try. It’s just a mess.

I stayed home from work for two days no delivery. The driver put that he tried to make an attempt which was a lie. I was home as soon as I saw he lied which was 15mins after his supposed attempt I called customer service. He did not go to the office nor did he go to the gate. We have Cameras all over the place which I will provide to prove my point. I called customer service for over 48 hours. I was told a supervisor would call me still no call. I called the company I bought the product from to make them aware that I did not receive what I paid for and would like a refund. This is horrible customer service I have lost two days of pay for nothing.

These people are incompetent. I've lost quite a few packages coming through this facility. Just last week on 2/21/24 I called to report a missing package. I spoke to one guy and then he transferred me to the supervisor to help. I believe his name was Marcus. He told me he would speak to the driver and give me a call back. I never heard from him again. They always give you the same statement "I understand," "I'm sorry this happened," "I'll look into it and get back to you," but you can tell they absolutely do not care. I'm not sure how they all still have jobs. I would give zero stars if I could. The item that I was waiting for is no longer in stock so I really needed to locate my package. But does this location care if you receive it? ABSOLUTELY NOT

I have had my address in the Georgia mountains for 4 years. FedEx is the only delivery Carrier that cannot deliver to my address. I understand they do not use Google orApple maps .. instead they have their own special mapping system that gets updated about every 5 years. I have called repeatedly to FedEx and to the brazelton service center to correct this so that i can receive FedEx shipments.If I know ahead of time a shipper is using FedEx. I either will not buy from that shipper. Or I have it sent to a relative's address. These packages are all coming out of the Brazelton georgia service center and they just do not correct the issue and do not care.I have had so many packages sent back after buying something because the service center is obviously too lazy to fix this issue. I don't get itSo I have finally written a review oFedEx.shame on Brazelton GA fedex.

My package status published was “loaded for delivery from this delivery center” for almost 10 days yet it was never delivered. When I called the center, nobody responded to our call, customer service calls are merely updating the case and my package was never delivered.. Am wondering isn’t there a supervisor or manager who looks on the daily status of shipments and ensure they are all delivered? We, after 10 days don’t know whether our package was lost or never loaded.. Highly likely it was stolen by the employees there!!

I had a package dropped off 1,200 ft from my house???? The Braselton facility is hiring drivers that truly do not care and it shows in their delivery and how they drive on the roads. Saw a driver two weeks ago on a two lane highway do a u turn going off the road on both sides!!!! Very sad on how FedEx quality in Braselton is now non-existent.

TERRIBLE LOCATION. Till this day I have not received my last paycheck from these people. I went through a terrible situation in which I could no longer make it to work. I notified that coward of a supervisor Jean and his first line boss ahead of time so that my time could be adjusted and input correctly so that I could go on about my day. They lie and beat around the bush just to get you to slave inside a truck all night loading boxes. I was always time and I did my job as expected in my time there and this is the thanks I get. For anyone looking at these reviews DO NOT work there. They hype up all these “incentives” and present a false representation that they care about their employees but they don’t. I see why their turn over rate is so bad. They don’t deserve good employees after the experience I went through. If this is how they treat veterans then they need to be closed down or have a COMPLETE management change from the top down. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Don’t say you weren’t warned !

So apparently this location steals Taylor Swift merch packages. But looking at other reviews the sorters are known to stealUPDATE: I have still not received my package. A different FedEx customer representative said I can not file a claim with FedEx until my package is late or delivered to the wrong address. My original delivery was 12/30/2023…but was changed to pending. I forwarded screenshots to FedEx showing that my package is late. They are still refusing to file a claim. All they will say is oh I’m sorry and I apologize for the inconvenience.Oddly enough I have talked to multiple who have packages that have been “lost” internally at the Braselton location. My package being lost internally is what one other representative told me. But the way I am seeing it was the package lost or stolen?Thankfully, the merchant I ordered from refunded me, and reshipped my items. They even included an extra item free of charge as an apology for not receiving my package by the delivery date.At the end of all this the merchant I ordered from was far more apologetic than FedEx was.FedEx ground is a literal joke. They are holding a package of mine that was scheduled to be delivered in December. The customer service representatives are not offering any help at all. They are doing nothing but giving me the run around. I was told that you can’t go by the delivery date, and that my package can’t be delivered tell a trailer is full of packages. Robin was the customer representative I talked to she supposedly forwarded my case to a different customer representative and they were to be giving me updates on my delivery by the end of business on 1/3/2024. At this point I am beginning to think that a FedEx worker has stolen my package.

Package still hasn’t arrived. Tracking said it would be here yesterday, then it said they tried to deliver which is a complete lie because I was home all day waiting for it. I called and was told they were having inventory issues and it was scheduled for the next business day. Called again today and it says there is no scheduled delivery date. Talked to a customer service rep and she says I have to either wait and see if it’s delivered today or there’s nothing I can do for 72 hours… FedEx has gone completely downhill and anytime I get the chance to not use them, I’m going to use UPS. Unfortunately I didn’t get a choice with this package.
