Took an article of clothing to them twice. Wasn’t cleaned first time or second time and in fact was worse. Took to Felix cleaners by Publix and it is now spotless. They asked me why I didn’t take back to cleaners and told them I had twice.

Very Disappointed! 2 of my linen shirts had large holes on sides and 1 was so faded I can’t wear them again. There was no quality control while bagging because the holes were so obvious. I didn’t check every shirt before leaving the drive thru. Of course, I was leaving for vacation and I found the holes while I was packing. She never offered a refund for dry cleaning cost or refund for shirts (receipts in hand since I only wore the shirts twice). She offered to patch the shirt but told me that “I needed to understand the patch will show”. “It’s just linen.”

Stay away from this business. I took an item to get a quote on having it cleaned and was told that they would get back to me with a price. Almost a month went by and I hadn't heard anything from them so I called only to find out that the work had already been done. The price was a lot higher than I thought it should have been in the work should never have been done without my approval. The employee told me that they thought it was a good price so they went ahead and authorized the work without my approval. Very shady business practices and I would highly suggest that you stay away from this company. Try Felix Cleaners off of Highway 211 near Publix shopping center. After the terrible experience I got a quote instantly from the lady who worked at Felix cleaners and it was literally less than half of what I was charged. And the real kicker is my item doesn't even smell or look any cleaner than it did when I originally took it in.

I brought 36 man shirts for dry cleaning. They told me it will be $2.75 a shirt, but when I came to pick them up I was charged $3.95 a shirt.
I’m very disappointed

Always gets the instructions right, always ready on time, but most importantly, always friendly! One time even though they were technically closed when we drove up they were still there, noticed, and accepted our clothes!

DO NOT GO HERE. I feel robbed and taken advantage of. We brought in several suits to be dry cleaned-two of them had some stains and none of them were removed at all. I can understand that dry cleaners aren’t magicians, so I didn’t mind that too much. Then two pants needed a repair. I’m not a professional seamstress so I didn’t want to attempt repair suit pants, but I honestly would have done a better job hiding the stitching for the repair. None of that compares to the OUTRAGE of being charged $130 to alter a brand new suit-taking up the pant legs and taking out the suit jacket arms. And I can see all the stitches and am guessing the terrible alterations will come loose within a few wears. We always pay our bills, so my husband paid this ludicrous price, but we will NEVER go here again to be robbed, and we wanted to warn others in Braselton to avoid this place as well. We wish someone had warned us!Service: Alterations

Super expensive and terrible quality. Had 2 pair of jeans altered/hemmed and honestly could have done a better job at home with my own sewing machine! Will never use againService: Alterations

BEWARE - Absolutely horrible - they ruined 3 very expensive designer garments (silk and crepe fabric) by washing them instead of DRY cleaning them. One beautiful silk knee length dress shrunk to the length of a shirt - and the fabric on the other two is completely destroyed. The owner/manager first insulted me by argumentatively asking “what I do for a living that I wear such expensive things” ....as if that matters. She refused to take responsibility and said she “couldn’t pay” for them and that the problem was the fabric.....they had been cleaned by other dry cleaners and were perfect.Do not use this cleaner - they are careless and will ruin your nice clothes - and then refuse to be accountable.

I explained to her that the crepe fabric had been produced by this designer for decades and that if the problem was the fabric - this designer would not have a worldwide business. Also...they had been cleaned by other dry cleaners and were perfect. Do not use this cleaner - they are careless and will ruin your nice clothes - and then refuse to be accountable.
