“I had the pleasure of speaking with an agent by the name of Ashley. Right now FedEx has misplaced my package. I have a lot of anxiety issues and other problems so when things don’t go right after a while 3 days do start to fixate on it. Ashley totally understood and helped me the best way she knew how. She located my package(yay) but it’s at the Marietta ground fed ex and hasn’t moved in 3 days. I called Marietta I got a voicemail, I’m really hoping they call customers back. Again big shot out to Ashley at the Braselton local. I wish I had my package though. FedEx what’s up yall?”

“This UPS store is convenient for us to drop off Amazon packages. Recently we had large boxes to be scanned and the staff was very friendly!
When you need to select a UPS to drop off they have the self serve return table but you can also go to the counter. If you're going during prime time, expect to wait in line if you need help!”
