Sergio and Bobby Trash have a tendency to take a customers cars out for a weekend for a date or a drink, check your miles in and out. If you're lucky you will get your car back in 1 piece and they wont charge you for GAS.

I went in here desperately needing help. I had met a guy working there lyfting: him before as I expressed all my issues with my VW. He told me to bring it by one day. I waited and sure enough lights came on the next day I waited a few weeks to take it in due to its routine warranty and fire stone had messed up however, safety components are getting messed up such as my Parks systems lane assist, etc. my check engine light coming on. They were able to diagnose it not once, but twice tell me get the codes to the dealership so they can easily resolve my issue of what computer module is having issues. They were friendly to my kids even gave them a car. They are great people people thank you guys and lady! I will refer anyone, everyone I know that has German cars! Friendly service. Hands down hard to find that these days

Thank you Julie and Sergio for taking the absolute best care of me, doing what you said you were going to do, above all. And the cherry on top, was replacing only what TRULY needed to be replaced. Not to mention in a timely manner, too. AND another high note was driving me home when I dropped off. The service is top notch, highly recommend Strictly German.

Needed a turbo installed into my Passat TDI. Took it here and they were extremely honest and fair. Allowed me to buy all the stuff myself unlike some people that won't touch it unless they can charge you double the cost for things you don't even need. Extremely reasonable labor fees and awesome customer service. Highly recommended!

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional service I received at Strictly German in Braselton, Ga. My day took an unexpected turn when I ran over something in the road, causing a massive hole in my tire while en route to work with my mom. Despite being almost closed for the day, the team at Strictly German not only welcomed us with open arms but also went above and beyond to assist us.
Their kindness and dedication to customer service were truly remarkable. Despite tire repair not being their usual service, they skillfully patched up my tire, discovering a significant hole that warranted caution. Their honesty and professionalism were commendable—they didn’t just patch it up and send us on our way; they advised us not to drive too much on it unless absolutely necessary, ensuring our safety.
What’s more, they refused to accept any payment for their services, simply asking us to “pay it forward.” This act of generosity speaks volumes about the integrity and values of this establishment.

I can’t say enough good things about this shop. Julie, Bobby, Nathan and the whole crew are amazing and treat you like family. We were in a tough bind with our BMW and a stressful warranty company issue that required a very tight timeline. They went above and beyond to fit us in and handle everything. Julie and the team helped us identify and repair every issue we were having. This shop is one of a kind and a breath of fresh air in a day where good help is hard to find. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car.
