I was charged a cleaning fee saying that the cabin was sandy and dirty. We did not go anywhere that causes our shoes to be sandy or dirty. If there was anything in the cabin that was already there. Only unpaved place we visited was THIS U-HAUL LOCATION when we dropped it off. We went from storage facility and my home drive way straight to the new home’s drive way, stopping only at gas stations to get gas. When I called to dispute, I was told the supervisor would call back but I never received the call. I will report and dispute the charge with American Express, since U haul is ignoring my dispute. The U haul original pickup location told us to check the outside of truck, not cabin, and we did not mention anything about the condition. Whatever photo was uploaded, the dirty condition was not made by us, and we should not be charged for it. Horrible customer service and dishonest practice on the U haul’s part.

This location was the best end-to-end service and customer experience I have had with UHaul possibly ever. I will be more than happy to return here for future rentals.

Have rented from this site many times, always with full satisfaction. Erica and Scott have always been most accommodating to my schedules and needs. Site has plenty of room for loading and drop-off. They also sell landscaping products in bulk. Highly recommend them.
